While we provide free parking spots, you don't need a car for this location. Many things are within walking distance as we are located near some of Nashville's most desirable, rapidly growing areas - Belmont / Hillsboro Village / 12 South. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our home is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Great location nestled in trendy the Hillsboro Village area. Walking distance to Belmont, 12 South, and 21st Ave boutiques & restaurants. Just 3 miles to downtown Broadway bars. WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville's most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road.

Please note we have a very strict NO parties policy and do not allow Local guests to book this home.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

Best lil rental in Nashville

Charming house in nice neighborhood.

We loved the warmth and felt at home in this nice quaint house. Neighborhood was great for walks. Ken was a wonderful host and very responsive. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place for our group

Although it appears to be small on the outside, the house is so roomy inside! Tons of space for everyone to have their own room and spread out. We especially loved the upstairs space with its own sitting area. Thank you for quick responses with any questions before and during our stay. We will return again soon!

Amazing place!

This was a nice, clean house. We came down for a long weekend with 3 other couples to see Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band. The house is in a great location. Uber rides were cheap to Broadway and it's an easy drive to Nissan Stadium. So many great options for food in close proximity to the house. It was clean, spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. Jen was a great host! Can't wait to go back to Nashville and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this house to anyone going to Nashville!

great location and layout of home, clean linens not so much

We loved the layout, decor and location of this property. But the bed linens were not clean. Upon arrival, we had to wash all of our own bedding. It was all obviously dirty. The upper master even had a used kleenex in between the fitted and flat sheet! The pull out bed linens were nasty and clearly hadn't been washed. Other than that, it was a nice place and if the linens could be guaranteed to be clean, we would stay again. If you stay in the main level master, note there is no heat vent in that bathroom and it is cold!

Outstanding Property. Perfect Location

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location of the property was perfect for us. Just a few minutes to Broadway in one direction and a few minutes to great shopping in the opposite direction. Lots of local restaurant options nearby. Walkable neighborhood, but also great proximity to major highways. The property was very clean, amenities were terrific. Loved the bedroom arrangement. We used three of the four bedrooms and everyone had great privacy. The full-size washer/dryer was great as well. Jenn was fantastic to work with and checked in with us via text regularly. I am already looking forward to our next stay at this lovely property!

In town for a collage graduation!

A Perfect Large Group Getaway in Nashville's Hillsboro Village Our group of 8 adults and a pre-teen found this house to be an ideal home base for exploring Nashville. This property offers exceptional convenience and comfort. Its prime location just off the expressway provides easy access to two universities and is within walking distance of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Completely updated and immaculately clean, it boasted 3 spacious bathrooms perfect for a large group getting ready for a night out. The off-street parking was a significant plus, offering easy access for our grandparents and ample space for multiple vehicles. Our host, Jen, was outstanding – responsive and attentive, promptly answering all of our questions. Her professionalism and the property's quality make us confident we would gladly book any of her other rentals. Considering the Nashville market, the pricing was extremely competitive, making this an excellent value for our large group accommodation. Whether you're visiting for universities, music, or just exploring Nashville, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and convenience.
