Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We booked and were confirmed and never received check-in instructions. We were sitting in the parking garage of the building with nowhere to go. I called VRBO and they attempted to contact them with no success. Had I not had travel insurance and money to move around I would have been in terrible trouble. It was a horrible experience. We had to find a hotel for the night and another VRBO with very limited selection and higer prices the next day. I was very dissatisfied with this experience.
