Chic Charming Private Home - Enjoy a unique Nashville.

Welcome to 3rd Ave South in Wedgewood Houston!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, situated within an easy walking distance of the casual and fine-dining eateries, bars, coffee shops, breweries and distilleries of Wedgewood Houston. We are conveniently located 5-10 minutes from downtown Nashville by car and 1.3 miles away from lower Broadway. You can easily experience all the legendary honky tonks without all the noise. You can also enjoy the park directly across the street.

Our home was designed with conscious care and the comfort of our guests in mind. You will have access to the entire one-level 1200 sq ft space. The house offers plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings, and a clean open space. Each room is furnished with a ceiling fan, ample closet place, and a full-length mirror. The kitchen is stocked with the basic amenities needed for coffee and cooking. The washer and dryer is available for guest use.

The door is operated with a personalized access code. You can choose the four-digit code of your liking. The house is equipped with a smart TV, Apple TV, and an Amazon Echo.

Ample street parking is available along the street right outside the door.

Our friend owns the salon next door. If you are interested in booking an appointment let us know and we can provide you with her contact information! Bookings must be made in advance.

We were born and raised in Nashville and can offer you the best suggestions according to the experience you are looking for during your stay.

We had a great long weekend staying here! It had everything we needed. Location was great - close enough to downtown, some walkable places nearby, easy Uber rides when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a weekend

Stayed with family here ahead of the Packers v. Titans game. Was a decent walkor short uber into the action and the neighborhood has a coffee shop, bar and great Italian spot up the road.

Spent a week here and would stay again. Only minor issue was there was no table to eat meals. Very friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come to Nashville.

Clean house close to sights with vehicle

The house was clean and comfortable, close to broadway, museums, park, and a small drive to grande ole opry. My family likes to cook and a few cooking supplies were missing- short drive to grocery store. We had a short three night stay, this home was 4/5 stars easy to relax in, not far by car to tourist attractions, and was a comfortable stay. I would stay again.

Great place overall

My family enjoyed staying here, the house listing is very accurate. We had some minor hiccups during our check-in, but the host was very quick to answer us and go above and beyond to correct everything for us. Great location to downtown and very convenient. Unfortunately our license plates were stolen off our vehicle during the night, so I do wish there was some sort of security lighting out front to deter theft.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. The host was very responsive to the couple of queries we had and the property was extremely charming. There's a park across the road and a couple of great coffee locations just a few blocks walk the other side of the park. It's not far from down town and is an easy 15min walk. Also, the bed in the main room was soooo comfy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway location

We really enjoyed the house and how spacious it was. The location was great and within 20-30 minutes from everything. It was very clean and inviting. My girls loved the couches and the beds were very nice and firm. The house was a great temperature and never a hot second. The host was amazing and very responsive to us. Thanks again for hosting us!!!! We will definitely come back.

Close and roomy

We had 5 adults stay for the weekend. Plenty of room for us all. Beds were comfortable. Pull out as comfortable as it can be. Close to all our plans for the weekend. Cheap Uber or close walk to food and entertainment. Parking out front was easy. Could hardly find the house as it was overgrown. Huge tree fallen in back yard. We would stay here again.
