Welcome to Mercury View Lofts! Our 1 bedroom is situated on the 4th floor of our building in the heart of the Gulch neighborhood. Close to downtown Nashville!

Your Property: Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue two blocks further to enjoy Broadway nightlife. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot!
The 760 SF loft features 15 ft ceilings and huge windows that overlook the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides a second sleeping spot if needed. We offer a Smart-TV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the unit! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking equipment for your culinary needs!
Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the fourth floor. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent your access information, including a keypad code that you will use to enter the building, and a code to the lock-box next to the unit, which opens and houses the keys to the unit!
We do not provide parking, however, there are plenty of public lots near Mercury View. Check out Park It Downtown to narrow down the search! Filter by looking for locations close to "the Gulch". Closest open air lot will be Javanco and Contractors Lot. The closest garage will be at the ICON building. UrbanNashville is not responsible for any parking tickets, fines, or towing fees.
Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privilege's means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app.

We let our guests have their space, but if needed, we are around to help and on-call 24/7. There is a king bed and a queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided, including linen & pillows for the sofa bed that are housed in the chaise of the sofa. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. We provide a start up of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper, if what provided has been used up.
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, and our contact info. Feel free to use the record player! Please be mindful of our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.
