Summary:
Built in 2018, the Classic Comfort in Nashville is the perfect modern getaway to explore Downtown, Arts District, Music Row, and more! Take a short 10 minute drive to heart of Downtown and check out the local restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Check out the new Nashville Sounds baseball stadium, Brooklyn Bowl, Von Elrod's beer hall, and much more!

The Space:
The living room is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished with chic seating around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.). Bright orange chairs and modern decor make it a picture perfect opportunity. Steps away is the dining table for 6 and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric stovetop and more to make you feel right at home. There is a half bathroom and an outdoor balcony with stylish furniture on this floor.

The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The main bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower while the 2nd has a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well. The last bedroom can be found on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. On the 1st floor, you'll find a full bathroom and patio access.

Park in the 2 car garage and/or on the side of the house. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown.

Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear.

The place is super cute and very roomy for big families! Having 4 bathrooms was a nice bonus! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Property was ok, could have used more towels. The microwave was not working and I communicated this through texting but never heard back about it.

We had a lovely time at this location. Clean and well decorated. Couldn't have asked for more with the last minute booking.

Very clean, well maintained property in a great location, close to downtown and other areas of interest. Living room, dining area and kitchen provides nice space for everyone to be together. Only negative we found is that kitchen is sparsely furnished if you are planning to cook meals.

Great place to stay. Love the large kitchen/dining room/living room. Cable didn’t work but we had Netflix and YouTube to watch. Didn’t watch much television anyways. Loved having the garage to park both vehicles.

Overall our experience was great. The property was as published. There was no need to contact the owner during our stay. The only recommendation is to bring your own towels to shower/bath. There was one towel per quest for three nights stay.

Quiet location, close to downtown, very accomodating with privacy, beds were very comfortable, many modern upgrades. The only thing that could have been better was us locating the garage door opener. It also would have been great to have a cooler to use- its Nashville, a great place to stay hydrated!! Overall great place.

Our visit was ok. The townhome has a nice layout and we couldn't hear our friends in other areas of the home. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in the cleanliness department. We text the management company to let them know there were stains on chairs and the carpet in the bedroom as well as hair left on the cabinet ledge in the bathroom. Bedding on the beds could use also a thorough cleaning or replacement. Overall, an ok place but would not rent again.

The property was nice and in a pretty good location but was not as clean as we would’ve liked. There were hairs on the sheets, towels, couches, etc.. and dust everywhere. Balcony was dirty and did not feel comfortable sitting on the outdoor furniture.

Cute place, comfortable bed. Really didn’t utilize the space as we had hoped. 3 family members were unable to make the trip and we couldn’t make the trip until a day after we planned to arrive. Lots of steps to get to upstairs bedrooms . Could use a good dusting and master toilet had black mold. Trash bags in garage made it pretty stinky. Did not see a garage door opener to use when arriving back to the unit. That would have been very helpful as well.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for our group which consisted of three moms and our daughters! We had a queen size bed and a bathroom to share per each mother/daughter pair. The location was great, but you can get into some rough areas nearby pretty easily if you’re not careful. We never had any issues at the actual property, though. It was easy and quick to get downtown and pretty much to all the best/favorite places we were told we had to see. We did rent a mini van for our stay so the garage was a nice plus. We were warned that there could be a noise issue due to a railroad/trains running nearby (which we heard earlier before bed) but we didn’t hear the trains at night. The white comforters/bedding could stand to be a little cleaner. There were a few small stains on them. And just overall there was some wear and tear to the baseboards and walls. The bathrooms were clean and towels were available, but if you don’t want to reuse a towel more than once or twice, depending on the length of your stay, you should bring extras along with you! The check in process could be improved a bit. The directions weren’t clear and I ended up needing to reach out to find out that I had been sent an email with a link to create a separate account to get the check in info we needed to get into the condo. Overall, though, it didn’t take long once we knew what we needed to do! Check out was really easy. We gathered our trash and it was a short walk to the dumpster. The bedding stayed on the beds and we put our towels and wash clothes in the washer before we left. Also, they request that you clean the dishes you use which was super easy bc there was a dishwasher. We all had a great time and feel like we got a good deal for the price we paid to stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Me and friends rented this place for a weekend stay and loved the aesthetic of the whole place. The main floor is very open, and was good for socializing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were in good condition, a few stains on the carpet and some crumbs in the bed were the only messes we noticed. Parking was a little cramped and tricky to figure out. Overall, this place was a wonderful stay and we would all love to come back for even longer next time!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway in Nashville. The place was nice but lacked on cleaning. Found makeup on the pillow cases, the shower still dirty as well as the toilets.

I enjoyed the stay overall but there were some issues I had. The bedding seemed dirty and found crumbs on the inside of the bed for both upper beds which leads me to believe it was not properly cleaned. I was not comfortable sleeping in it but slept on the outside. I am glad I took my own blanket and pillowcase. The place was dusty and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Assuming for the price of the cleaning fee a more thorough cleaning should take place especially due to Covid. Be prepared for a lot of exercise with the plenty of stairs for the 3 floors in this building. No garage door opener, had to get off on the side then go in and open it and then go back to the car to go park. Very inconvenient and unsafe for those that are alone. Overall a 3.5 out of 5.

Overall the property was great. We were very disappointed that the only tv in the house was in the living room. We both fall asleep with the tv on at night so we ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay. Not very comfortable. TV's are not expensive I cannot understand not having one in at least one of the bedrooms. The porch was filthy so I had to clean that as soon as we got there. We had a great time at the Rolling Stones concert but the Uber trips were very expensive. It's at least $30 one way to get dropped downtown. It was over $80 to get a ride home from the concert due to the demand.
