Great stay!

Our host was so responsive and great! Jen’s place is located in a super cool building with yummy coffee just down the way. We will definitely be back! Perfect size and very comfortable!

Great place to stay

This propertt was as described. It was very tastefully modern, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Check in and communication were easy. It is located about a 10 min drive to Broadway. We used Lyft for all our trips with no problems. There is also plenty and free parking if you get a car. There is a healthy food store across the street. They were super nice. A little pricy but good stuff. I recommend this place foe 2 couples.

Elegant comfort

This unit is immaculate. The drive to Broadway is 15 minutes or less. I would feel comfortable going for walks or runs in this area. The area has an old world feel with the mature trees and greenery with a new world vibe with the developed properties. Starburst and Publix are 3 minutes away. I would most def stay here again. My boys are 15 and they loved the space and the area. Five stars for The Wanderer!!!!!!

Cutest Condo!

What a beautiful apartment! I stayed here with my husband and two children (ages 18 and 15). What a great location! It was a short u er ride to downtown Nashville and had a coffee shop just across the street. The 2 bedroom apartment was more than enough room for our family and everything in the apartment is updated and looks beautiful! Plus, there were three TVs that were all smart TVs will all the steaming apps already installed. They even had both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The owner was extremely kind. She checked in on us our 1st night to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

My family of four and our dog stayed here while visiting family in Nashville. Was like a home away from home! The condo was clean, modern, comfortable and convenient to downtown and East Nashville. I really appreciated the finishing touches that made this rental stand out from others like the spice rack and laundry detergent. The coffee shop and bougie bodega across the street were excellent and convenient. Also was a very easy walk to the park for our dog. Fascinating neighborhood; in the midst of gentrification. Reminded me of Brooklyn twenty years ago. This is a condo in a city and there is a through street next to the master bedroom. The noise was fine for us; did not keep us awake and wasn't noticeable during the day. There is a white noise machine in the condo if you need it but we didn't use it. We would stay there again next time we're in Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, looked just like the pictures and we were comfortable for 4 days we were there. The host was also friendly & attentive. The check in process was simple as well. The place was centrally located to freeway & we were 10 minutes away from all the attractions. I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and cozy. Clean and efficient. Close enough to downtown but outside just enough to not be in the traffic and congestion. Genevieve was very responsive and gave us some great local suggestions.
