Extremely disappointed
This place could've been amazing, but what matters most to me is what a property management team will do when things don't go well.
The air conditioning went out two days in a row. Some of our family were 65+ with health conditions, so this was a huge challenge. I personally had to crawl into the furnace area to try & fix it twice. The average temp during our stay there was 90 during the day, 80's at night, so air was a must.
When I reached out to the property manager via email to help, it took hours to get help. Then, it just went out again. And our gate code to get into the facility didn't work right away either.
Finally, they offered to move us within the same facility but to another rental for the last day. When we left the old unit and tried to go into the new unit with a new code, that code didn't work either. So we had to sit outside and wait 20-min for an email reply from the property manager for the RIGHT code.
I reached out to the management company after we left, shared our experience and they were unwilling to work together. Things go wrong, air conditioners don't always work - that's OK. But I'm extremely disappointed with how they've handled this.
