Great Eggs
We had a great time staying here while our son played baseball in the area. The house is beautiful and quite. The chickens where a wonderful addition and the eggs taste great.

Perfect location for day trips to Nashville
We really like the wide open spacious house with pond. It was great to run to big city and explore and than escape back to a smaller town that had everything we needed, food, stores. Great trip.

Early Easter
Spent an early Easter hiding eggs, flying kites, precious family time. Kids loved going out to gather eggs from the chickens and making breakfast. Awesome host , available when needed. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!

Travel with in-laws/Legacy Golf Course
We booked this property to stay in while our daughter was playing in a golf tournament at The Legacy Course. The home was conveniently located to the course and to dining options. The house was clean and well appointed and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The owner was easily reachable via text when we had a minor issue with a TV. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Property was clean with comfortable couches and love seats. All beds were extremely comfortable. Had trouble with new wi fi and TVs. WiFi was on and off. TV remotes were on and off. Tried using my phone hot spot. Still had trouble with TV.

Mark we apologize for your Internet troubles we just had high-speed Cumberland connect Wi-Fi connected. You were the first person to use it. I will contact them and make sure there are no more issues. Not sure why the TVs would’ve been giving you trouble. I will have our guy check into it, thank you for choosing our place. Peaceful Family Getaway
Our stay experience at this property was excellent. We used it as a place to gather while visiting surrounding tourist attractions both in and around Nashville and Kentucky. The host Deb was very receptive to us. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful country setting with lots to do a short distance away.

Host was readily available via text and very kind even offering to pick up groceries if we needed it. Wifi only worked for 1 device at a time but apparently they are upgrading so it might not be an issue in the future.

Family Thanksgiving Holiday
Our family’s first visit to the Nashville area. Lovely home that accommodated our four children and four adults perfectly. We were able to make our traditional Thanksgiving meal in the well stocked kitchen. And the stocked Keurig was a blessing to our coffee drinkers.

Nice Separate Spaces
We had a Mom Daughter retreat and enjoyed the 3 living areas, plus the gazebo outside for our various activities. We appreciated the nice China and glasses that made the meals look good. The home is clean and pleasant with nice reclining couches and comfortable beds.

Nice property, lots of lights.
The property was clean and spacious. The entire property is lit 24 hours a day which makes hanging outside or fishing the pond easy. There is a little bit of road noise with the highway out front. With the owners business next door it feels like they can respond quickly if you have any issues. We were a little confused on the thermostat being set to 68, I was not sure if they wanted the heat or ac at 68. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Review of Springfield, Tennessee home
This property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It felt like home. The chickens were a hit and the gazebo was a nice place to relax by the fire ring. Our time was short, but we enjoyed the property as much as we could. It was about a half hour drive into Nashville, but we prefer the peaceful comfort of this location over the hustle and bustle of the city. It was nice to go back to the quiet after spending a day in the city. Make sure you bring shampoo and shower gel or soap. Even though some of the amenities were not provided, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Quiet Country Stay
This is a beautiful country home. When we first arrived it seemed like we were way out in the country, but after the first night we discovered that “running into town” didn’t take long at all. My grandson enjoyed fishing in the pond. The Wi-Fi is not very reliable and the tv has limited live tv so we were glad we had our Roku stick with us. This VRBO was not as well stocked as others we’ve stayed at. Simple things, such as bath soap in the bathrooms, trash bags, toilet paper in both bathrooms, etc. This would not keep me from staying here again, or referring a friend to this house, but just something that the owner needs to be aware of. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the three days we were there.

Weekend Reunion Retreat
My friends and I stayed here for our high school reunion. The property offered so many options that we changed some of our original plans in order to spend more time there. We greatly enjoyed the chicken! This will be our spot to stay for any more trips to the area.

This was the best place ever. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Separate living room for them to watch TV and adults have their spot and the kitchen is the best ever. This is just a great family home for vacation, wedding or just a family visit. If you are not using this place you are missing out.

We booked this house for my fiance to surprise him on his birthday weekend. We loved every minute of staying at the house as it was a different scenery then the bustling nature of Broadway street in Nashville. We enjoyed how calm it was out there and it was really nice seeing the chickens and the pond. The chickens laid 2 eggs the whole time we were there, which was fine. We had gone to the grocery store to pick up a dozen just in case. We used the propane fire pit in the back to make smores and sat around in a circle talking all night, no one wanted to leave. The beds were so comfortable. The showers had the perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Overall everyone had a great time!

This is a beautiful home. There is a tv in every room and every couch has a recliner on both ends. Very comfortable. Wifi went out during a storm. Hostess called me and helped me get everything back up. I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Stay
This was my second time staying at this property. Very well maintained and clean. This kids enjoy visiting the chickens and checking for fresh eggs. We have not gotten to fish the pond yet as we always seem to run out of time or the ground is too soft to walk out. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to stay. Debbie and Ed are always fast to answer any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10 would definently recommend.

This place made us all feel at home. Everything you need is there! Super clean and very quiet and relaxing. My grand babies loved visiting the chickens every morning and playing in the spacious yard. We will be back again.

Our team has been coming up to the Springfield area to work on a project and have stayed at this house three times while In the area. The house is nice and spacious, the property is beautiful, owner is very sweet and accommodating. Very relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend this rental house.

Family Time
This house is the best I have ever rented. We had a wonderful time visiting with family. Everything was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable, and the house is very spacious. I cooked quite a bit while we were there, and I don't think there was anything that I needed that the kitchen didn't have. Just an overall wonderful place to spend time with great people. Will definatly rent again.

Beautiful, Spacious property
We rented the house this past weekend to be able to work on a weekend project in Springfield TN. All four of us absolutely loved the spacious house and the backyard gazebo, a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. I highly recommend this place, we liked it so much we've already rented it again for a future date.

Wonderful property. Very roomy, clean and beautiful home. We enjoyed the chickens and the country setting. No complaints at all. We had local family over for Easter and had a small hiccup with the oven display not working but we managed and have a good time. The property owners were there the next measuring to replace the oven. We will definently stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s only 5 minutes from town. It was so roomy for all of us. The 2 living rooms were an added bonus. We played Mexican Train in the sun room and could be loud while the baby was sleeping. A couple of us visited the chickens and had enjoyed some of their eggs for breakfast. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend this rental!

The place was immaculately clean! Great layout for the kitchen/visiting area, which was perfect for more local family members to spend a rainy afternoon visiting. The eggs are delicious and the grandchildren loved getting them from the chickens. We caught a bunch of fish and threw them all back. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved this place. It was so roomy and comfortable. The huge kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. The chickens out back even provided the eggs for breakfast! Debbie, the host, even supplied us with some snacks & candy as well as coffee pods, bottled water and hot chocolate. The pond was stocked with fish and my son and grandson actually caught one! We are already talking about coming back here next year with a bigger group of family!

Lovely Springfield Gem
If you are looking for a quiet, clean and spacious house in the Springfield area this is the one. The house is located on a spacious lot with plenty of room to stretch your legs on a walk or jog if the fancy strikes. This house was immaculately clean. As in, perform surgery on the dining table clean, assemble a communications satellite for Nasa clean or take computer hard drives apart in those little white suits clean. It’s located just close enough to Springfield to make you feel like it’s in town, but just far enough away to also feel in the countryside. Debbie is a fantastic host and readily available should you have any problems. My family and I have nothing but good things to say about this house and will certainly stay again in the not too distant future. If you like antiques, try the Antique Barn in historic downtown Springfield we met the nicest people there!
