I was very pleased with both the location and the apartment. The only disappointment was hearing the heavy footsteps from the upstairs’ tenants in the middle of the night.

Ideal location, quiet and clean

As title states. Great location, clean, with lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen equipped well enough for breakfasts & spices. Not enough coffee (6 Keurig pods for 2 people, 8 days). The only real disappointment was no table - used the 3 TV trays - and no chairs beyond the daybed. Would stay again certainly tho. I loved sitting out on the little alleyway porch with morning coffee and a book!

Wonderful!

We had to get this rental as a family member was admitted to Vanderbilt Hospital. It was well kept and well equipped. It looked like the pictures. It is so close to Vanderbilt in a safe neighborhood. They also had cameras and motion sensor lights for added safety. We could easily walk to Vanderbilt Hospital. Brianna, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond and help us so much during a difficult time. It was so easy to rent this unit and so easy to work with the host. Book this place for a nice quiet, safe place not far from what Nashville has to offer! Highly recommend!

Cute Apt Centrally Located

Apt came exactly as expected online. Perfect for my business travel and located in walking distance to university, food, bars and nails! (Shoutout to Luxe Nails and Ruby Sunshine). Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town.

Convenient and Quiet Neighborhood

Very close to Vanderbilt. Great neighborhood. Responsive host. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy entry instructions. We did hear noise from the upstairs neighbors when they were walking. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This worked perfectly to take my daughter to her one day college orientation! Quiet and cozy! Just know that the only access with your car is through the alley in the back. It’s very convenient!
