Exactly What We Needed — Clean and Quiet

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful couple’s getaway. The home was exactly as expected — clean, quiet, and cozy. We especially appreciated the host letting us use their grill — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Everything was just right, and we’d happily stay again!

Erin and Charlie have a wonderful little place set up for visitors! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If we go to Nashville again we will book with them. Everything was great! No issues or complaints from us!

Great place to stay

I was in town for my nieces’s graduation and visiting friends while in town. The location central and convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations! The house is very nice and has everything you need!

Great location. Very clean! Take into account that this is a garage turned into a guest house; thus, no windows. Would have preferred an AC unit as I like it very cool.

Everything was perfect. I was in Nashville while my dad was in Vanderbilt Hospital. I needed calm and quiet. That is exactly what I got. I was able to relax and get my needed rest and sleep during a tough week with my family.

Convenient location and very nice unit

Location is very close to any needed store and restaurants of many ethnicities. The drive to all the major attractions was very easy and reasonably close. The unit had all the space and conveniences we needed.

Awesome experience

Such a cute little private space a few minutes drive from downtown. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a long weekend trip to Nashville and this was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. 100% recommend.

Clean and cozy!

Such a cute little guest house! Very clean and comfortable for our short stay. It was a haven during a bit of a stressful trip and we really enjoyed staying here! Host was very professional, kind, and responsive. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Cozy Gem

Cozy guest house. I was very happy with having private parking and a quiet place to relax after sight seeing. This guest house was just perfect a very comfortable living room area with smart tv, kitchen with a full sized refrigerator if you decide to cook, and a king size bed. The location was just minutes from great restaurants, climbing gym, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

This is the cutest little guest house! Close to downtown Nashville sites and tons of restaurants, very clean, comfortable King size bed, offstreet parking. Coffee provided and a Brita water filter in the fridge (saves on having to buy bottled water). Hosts are great at communicating, and provided a list of local restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Weekend Trip

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Not too close to downtown but just far enough away for quietness and easy access to all we wanted to do. Everything was clean and it had all the necessities and more! We really enjoyed having our own space and the privacy. The hosts were very friendly and easily accessible if needed. I would definitely recommend this place for an all around great experience!

Great trip to Nashville

My husband and I stayed in Nashville for 4 nights and thought the property was just perfect for us. Very clean and well-stocked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown. Enjoyed the days in the city and quiet evenings at night. Will definitely be back.

BEST STAY IN NASHVILLE!

This was our first getaway to Nashville and we seriously could not have stayed at a nicer little place!! WAYYYY better than a hotel!!! It was quiet, well stocked, clean, super convenient. We had a couple of questions for the owners while we were there and they answered right away and were soooo helpful! Not sure we'd ever consider staying anywhere else if we went back. Charlie and Erin were amazing hosts!!!!

Loved it!!!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have picked a better location to stay. Clean, quiet, and cozy. Such a homey feel and would definitely stay here again. Just minutes from downtown. Tenants were the absolute best by allowing access to the driveway which puts you just steps away from the guest house.

Comfy Stay

We needed a clean & comfortable place to lay our heads while we stayed in Nashville. This place was a perfect fit! Ample room to hang our clothes, iron & ironing board, full kitchen, comfy loveseat & couch, tower fan, noise machine, etc. they have thought of it all!! We were able to use Uber easily and we really enjoyed being so close to everything. If we come back to Nashville we will book again.

Quick trip stay

We didn’t experience a single problem during our stay. The check in process was easy and smooth. The hosts answer every question I asked with patience even though I asked several questions. The bed is very comfortable. If ever in the Nashville area again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this Private Guest House!
