  • Stylish condo, located in the heart of Music City, offers a prime riverfront view with a spacious patio to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Cumberland River. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this condo combines comfort and convenience. It's perfectly situated for those who want to be in the center of the action, less than 1 mile to Broadway and just a few blocks from Nashville's best live music venues, bars, restaurants, and attractions. —all right at your doorstep! This property is located right on the river, you may get to see some local wildlife. We do treat the property for insects however, some may still be on the patio or sneak into the condo. This unit does have thin walls so we recommend earbuds if you’re a light sleeper.
    Nashville is an ever growing city so there may be construction going on during your stay!!
