Perfect location. Alece was wonderful to work with. Communicative and helpful. If you need somewhere to stay while a loved one has treatment at Vandy this can’t be beat and it’s orders of magnitude better than local hotels.

Great stay!

The location was perfect. I slept great on the memory foam mattress even though I don’t usually sleep on memory foam. Great place to stay for one or two people. It’s so close to restaurants and shops but still in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was located close to both Vanderbilt and Belmont University. Off street parking was great as well.Perfect size for what we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Great spot near Belmont/Vanderbilt

The houses on Portland Street are located walking distance from several restaurants, shops, and bars. The accommodations are very nice, neat, and clean, so much more convenient than a hotel. We will definitely utilize these awesome houses again.

Visiting for a reunion

Great place and location! Easy access to Vanderbilt, and close to grocery store. The place was clean, had a parking space. Check in easy and Alece was really responsive to needs and questions. Loved it!

Carriage House

Enjoyed the cozy carriage house during our visit of family over July 4th. Convenient to family and enjoyed walking dogs to Bongo coffee in morning. Good communication with property manager. Would stay again.

Great place to near Vanderbilt Stalllworth

I stayed here 12 nights last month & then 2 nights when my mom was released from Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehab Hospital which is in walking distance from the studio. My husband was with me this visit & 2 people can comfortably coexist in the space. Alece the host left me a handwritten note welcoming me back & hoping my mom was doing well. Studio was super clean & the location is super for walking to restaurants, shops , Kroger’s & a liquor store. I couldn’t recommend this lovely studio enough. Stay here for midtown or downtown Nashville visits!

Nice area, nice place

We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans.

Sweet carriage house in Hillsboro Village

I had a wonderful stay in the carriage house and will return. The space is very stylish and has everything you’ll need, from a well-appointed kitchen, comfy bed, nice towels and linens, and a parking spot right out front. Communication with Alece was very easy and she was proactive in making sure all was well. Hillsboro Village has great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

This studio apartment was perfect for my s/o and I, it was very roomy and very clean! The check in and out process was so easy, everything with the home was perfect! It is a little bit from broadway for us it was great to have some down time after so much chaos during the day. It says it’s within walking distance from down town I would say it is, but after seeing the traffic and the abundant amount of accidents I don’t know that walking would be ideal. All around we absolutely loved this stay and would book it again!

Quaint cute and unbeatable location!!

We had such a fabulous "first time" visit as a couple in Nashville! This location is safe and well situated with convenient access to everything you could possibly want to do while in town. Dedicated and free off street parking is a huge plus for those who are using a car while in town. Functional little kitchen area with fridge and stove for those leftovers because who is really cooking while in town? lol This cosy and cute property is best for a single couple or a couple with a small child. As there isn't a huge amount of room for baggage or a place for cosmetics/toiletries for too many people. If we ever visit Nashville again it's definitely one we would consider staying in again.

Just Perfect

This is a cute little place. It’s laid out so well. The bed is so comfy. I did not want to leave and I’m seriously gonna buy a new bed like this, when I get back home, it was a dream. Everything was right where you needed it. That’s great. There was a full fridge and you could make your own food and all the kitchen amenities were there to cook for you or a couple of guests. It is a studio apartment. There were also a bunch of board games and card games in the living room dresser. Coffee and tea was also provided. A lot of amenities are within 5 to 15 minutes of walking which made it so convenient. This section of town is a college town so you will also enjoy the hustle and bustle of this little neighborhood. People also ride their bike or use a skateboard and also walk the neighborhood in this area. The people here are nice and friendly. Enjoy your stay. He will not be disappointed.

A beautiful studio apartment near Vanderbilt University and Medical Center

I spent 12 nights in this very clean and beautiful apartment in February. My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were great quality - so many rentals skimp on these items - not here! The kitchen was extremely clean. I cooked breakfast there every morning. There is a Kroger's about .3 of mile away. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, kitchen tools, oils and spices for anyone who wants to cook meals there. I mostly had take out from the numerous restaurants within walking distance of the studio: ramen, tacos, dumplings, noodles & burgers - all delicious. I did not rent a car for this trip although there is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the unit. There are lots of cute shops within walking distance as well as a liquor store. While I was in Nashville to see my mom at Vanderbilt Hospital, I could see this as a great base for those wanting a more traditional downtown Nashville experience. You could stay here in this very walkable and quiet neighborhood and be an Uber or Lyft ride to the hustle and bustle of Broadway. My host Alece was great. One morning the TV did not seem to be connected to the internet although I had Wifi. I couldn't fix it myself and I messaged Alece who fixed it right away. I will not hesitate to stay in the lovely apartment again.

College drop off success!

This was our second stay at the property and we just love staying here to drop our son off for college. The units are very clean and have everything we could need. Close to everything, safe parking and excellent deal for what you get. We will be back many times I'm sure!

Whenever I'm planning to visit Nashville, the first thing I do is see if Alece has availability at one of her cottages. The Belmont Flat is charming, has everything I need and is a short walk to Hillsboro Village, the best place to stay in Nashville, in my opinion. This was my third stay and I will definitely return!

This is a cozy little studio in an excellent location! Lots of good restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. We loved that it was dog friendly. Everything was very clean, and we really enjoyed the variety of teas and coffees in the kitchen. Alece is a fantastic host with the hospitality that a southern girl like me always appreciates. Her communication was excellent and her attention to detail made everything so special. She truly thought of everything. When we arrived, there was a post card on the table wishing my husband and I a Happy Anniversary. It was so thoughtful of her to remember! Thank you, Alece! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to get back there soon!

Cute, cozy and clean!! Very close to Belmont University, cute shops and restaurants!

Great experience, we will stay here again. I was traveling alone with my teenagers so safety was an issue for me and we felt safe the whole time. Close to Belmont University and Vanderbilt! Also close to some really cute shops and restaurants!
