I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Nashville. It was the perfect place for me while attending classes at the university—the location couldn’t have been better. The house itself was spotless, well-kept, and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent; she was easy to reach and always helpful. Overall, this rental made my time in Nashville smooth and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay.

My family (myself and two teenagers) enjoyed our stay at Nicole's home while visiting the area for a sporting event. Nicole was a phenomenal communicator, messaging me leading up to our stay and during our visit. When I had questions, she responded quickly.The house was clean, with no clutter, and we felt at home. Although Nicole's home is in a larger subdivision, it feels private and there was plenty of parking throughout our stay.

Close to the lake but no real access. Only minutes from Opryland and downtown Nashville. One toilet didn't work but it was just two of us so it wasn't a big deal, the house had three of them. I felt like there were a couple of areas that could have been cleaner but overall a good place.
