Our hosts have a condo that is a great location, walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Communication was outstanding and the condo was "cozy" as advertised. We would stay again.

Studio apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, neat and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Parked our vehicle in the secure lot for the entirety of our stay and walked everywhere! 2 fantastic music venues within 1 and 2 blocks! Absolutely would stay again!

This rental was in a great location to visit all things Nashville. Broadway was a short walk away and yes it is uphill back, But it’s not terrible! Place was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is some street noise but It did not bother us. We had a great time!

This is a good size studio with everything we needed for our weekend in Nashville. It was nice walk to broadway and a quick uber back later in the evening. Host had good communication before and during our stay. Off street parking was a plus!

Casey was an excellent host and answered all of our questions quickly. The place was clean and a great place for us to stay. We were close enough to walk to Broadway and it was also easy to catch an Uber.
