Directions for parking and check-in instructions from Rebecca were spot on! We pretty much only showered and slept there as we wanted to experience as much as Nashville as we could. Rebecca was very helpful with suggestions.

Great location for sightseeing

Clean, attractive, comfortable place to stay in great location. It’s within walking distance from many downtown sights of interest, and that saves significant parking costs downtown. Also, unlike downtown hotels, it provides free parking and so less expensive sightseeing at more distant locations with your own car

The property was very clean and the property manager was more than accommodating. The walk to Broadway Street was easy and relaxing. The property is just as described and has everything you need. We definitely would stay here again.

Peaceful/great location

Great location about a mile from broadway. You can rent scooters and make it there in no time. It’s far enough away that you can sleep peacefully. Beautiful view of Cumberland River. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Location

The owners were so receptive and attentive. They even let us check in early because of our flight landing early! In addition, the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was cutely decorated. There was a lot of construction during this time, so that was our only set back!

This place is awesome!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and Germantown! Of course it’s even easier and more fun with the rental scooters! Beautiful view of the Cumberland from the back porch where you can sit and watch the barges float by! Owner was very responsive, a slight hiccup we found when we checked in was handled promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a great unit for someone that wants to enjoy a vacation in Nashville. We were close to everything we wanted to do and close enough to eat out or have food delivered. Plenty of parking under cover which was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.

Nashville Perfection!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay this past week! Everything was perfect and the location makes everything easy!! Adorable condo with a great layout and so much room!! Great neighborhood- We could do our daily walks around town feeling safe and secure and spent four nights enjoying the nightlife on Broadway!!! Highly recommend Rebecca and Nashville Vacay!!
