We highly recommend this VRBO. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was great for taking a walk and was safe. The location is also perfect for area attractions!
We loved our stay. The place was super clean and well supplied. The neighborhood was nice and it was very convenient to everything. Looking forward to our next trio.
It had a perfect layout for us with 2 adult couples. The location was good. The beds werent super comfortable and having room darkening shades or curtains would have made it better.
The area where the condo was located was super nice, and older historic area of downtown Nashville. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The host Mark/Erin were also responsive to any issues we had (AC unit went out first day and they allowed us to check in a bit early for our trip). Overall, would stay here again. However, wanted to note if you are traveling with anyone who has limited mobility the stairs are a bit brutal up to the bedrooms, especially the larger one on the top floor.
Myself and two friends stayed at this property for five night for CMA fest. We very much enjoyed the condo and the neighborhood. We were close enough to downtown for CMAfest (about 10 minutes) via car, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful nights rest. I appreciated the gated parking garage and security of this property. There are quite a few stairs between the parking, first level with kitchen and half bath, to second and third floor bedrooms, but we liked having some separation to give everyone ample space.
I would definitely come back for another fun Nashville trip!
Stayed 6 nights to celebrate friend's retirement. We rented a car but was not needed to get to downtown area. We took the bus which is only a few blocks away and about a 20 - 30 minute ride. We parked in a lot in the downtown area for an all day tour which cost 50. The bus was cheaper and less of a hassle. Downtown was quite congested and it was not the height of the tourist season. Some points to know about the townhouse. The online pictures make the first floor room (living space & kitchen) appear larger than it actually is. It's spacious enough for 3 - 4 adults. While showering we ran out of hot water and we do not take long showers as we are skilled campers. Manager said to space the showers out to allow the water heater to replenish, which worked though was a bit inconvenient. The bedrooms are spacious. On a couple of mornings mice/rodents were heard scampering in the walls/ceiling. Informed manager and was told "it is likely squirrels as there are a ton" in the area. As mentioned by others, if you have knee problems or any difficulty climbing stairs then this is not the place for you. We did not prepare meals other than breakfast. We ate at 2 local restaurants which we recommend - Tito's Mexican and Maggiano's Italian - both within walking distance. The neighborhood seemed safe.Highlights were the Grand Ole Opry tour and show; Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, and Frist museums; Civil War tour; Cheekwood Garden & Estate; and Jelly Roll, Kid Rock & Luke Comb's bars.
What we liked most about our stay was the perfect location for accessibility to Vanderbilt and the rest of the city using nearby I-440. We also loved the secured parking which was easy to use. The beds were very comfortable. Our contact with the host was quick and easy. Absolutely no issues.
Liked: Nice neighborhood/loacation, communication was amazing with host, the place was clean and bed were comfortable.Disliked: a lot of stairs for whoever is on the 3rd floor, the 1st could get cold because it was controlled by the 2nd floor thermostat and if you turned up the temperature up then the 2nd floor bedroom was really hot.
My wife and I were in town for our son's soccer tournament. The location worked very well. It satisfies my required "3 C's" - Clean, Convenient, Comfortable. Nice property. We would revisit in the future.
We arrived 1 hr before check in so, we had to request early access. The host responded quickly and allowed us early access. Thank you. After that, we were not impressed. We have stayed at numerous Vrbo's in the past with great satisfaction. This trip we had friends with us that had never used them before. The description was very deceiving. It was nice, but not "upscale". Not really "private" as it is in a multi-unit building. Happily, we didn't have a car because I would not have liked to maneuver the parking garage. King beds, yes but ALOT of stairs, escecially to get to the third floor! A small French Press kettle on the kitchen counter and a Keurig in the cabinet witha few pods. Nice, but far from a "coffee bar". Near "Music Row" is subjective. 15-30 minute Uber ride depending on traffic, which was typically heavy. Don't try to walk it. The property is not close (15 min walk) to any grocery or convenience stores. In general, the unit was pretty worn. (Stained carpet, broken tiles in bath) and really limited in essentials (glassware, towels and pillows) SMALL living room, no usable decks or balconies. This was a nice place to sleep but not family of group friendly.
