Perfect Location

Ron was AMAZING!! His kindness and hospitality made our trip the best trip to Nashville we have ever had. We usually take a trip to Nashville every 2 years. This rental was perfectly located in between all the different areas of Nashville and perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was comfortable and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend! Very happy with our stay in this cute Nashville home! Ron was very communicative from start to finish and we truly had no issues whatsoever! Under $10 Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go and felt very safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely come back here and stay again!

It was comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to farmer’s market which is one of the stops for the on and off trolly, $10 cab ride to broadway. Id recommend . Overall pleasant stay.

Wonderful Place

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

Sisters weekend fun time

The location of this property was superb. Ron the host was very helpful with lots of suggestions and insights. He let us know he was there for us. This was our first trip to Nashville and we all had a great time. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Great house equipped with everything you need. Only a 5-7 min Uber ride to Broadway and The Gulch. Ron is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a nice stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our group! Uber ride to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes, which was perfect for us! Ron was available with any questions. If you need a house for a large group this is it!
