Our group of four on a girls’ trip had a great stay at this property. The location was great to be able to walk to the Germantown area,Farmer’s Market and Broadway area easily. We enjoyed staying in the quiet of the river area versus near all the action. Communication was excellent with our host. The only issue we had was being able to hear footsteps from the apartment above us. While annoying late at night it would not deter me from staying again because all other aspect were great!

Great location

We loved it! It was a great location, walking distance (about 20 minute or less) walk to broadway. Air conditioning worked amazing and kept up with the hot Nashville summer and the icemaker in the fridge was a lifesaver. Pool was close to the condo and very enjoyable. Rebecca was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Week for Enjoying Nashville and Pearl Jam concerts

Thank you so much. Everything was perfect. Loved the view of the river and the friendly groundhogs down below from the balcony who greeted us every day lol. Perfect location for a walk or quick Uber to downtown and all within the condo was perfect for all of our needs for a relaxing stay.
