Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. A great place to rest after being out and about during the day. Clear communication from the host beforehand; all light switches and cabinets labeled (which seems small but was a big help!). I will be looking for this property again on our next trip.

Nice and comfortable

Good location, clean, comfy. There were 3 of us which was a bit of a squeeze but we made it work. We wish we'd brought more blankets and pillows but we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay close to downtown

This was an excellent place to stay within a mile or so of downtown. We would have walked if it was summer, but uber was quick and worth it to get downtown. Bed was super comfy and neighborhood very quiet away from the hustle

Nashville weekend

This property was great - clean, updated, and everything we needed for the weekend. Downtown was a quick 10 min scooter or uber ride. We'll look for this property for our next visit.

Very nice clean place the bed is a full size could really use a queen :) We used 1021 Jackson st for Ubers just a very short walk to the end of the alley. A short 10 min walk to the farms market. Would definitely stay here again

Luxurious guest house

A little guest house in an out of the way neighborhood but close to everything you need to see in Nashville. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom felt like you were in a 5 star hotel. Very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location

First time visiting Nashville, we were a 10 min Uber/ Lyft ride away, Theo was responsive, place was very clean and modern, comfortable beds and a lovely shower! Very appreciative of the water bottles and snacks that were left ! Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Nashville!

Perfect for a quick girls’ trip!

Communication and instructions for check-in were so clear. Myself and two friends stayed for two nights and it was perfect! Very clean and cute. We were a little thrown by the lack of oven/stove but that’s probably listed and we just missed it! The location was great and a quick Uber from anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend this stay :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice location close to downtown. Owner was easy to work with and communicated all details regarding check in and check out clearly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. No stove but we didn't need one. We loved it.
