This gorgeous brand new Five Points Bungalow is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 2 car garage. 2 Miles from downtown. 1/4 mile from 5 Points. 1 mile from Grocery store. Our property sleeps 10 people.
We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville. 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Google Fiber 1 gig WiFi.


We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music.


With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.

We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom.

Master bedroom- King size bed and full bathroom with double vanity and double shower heads.

Bedroom 3- queen size bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds ... attached to full bathroom with double vanity.
Full bathroom on main level and additional full bathroom on 2nd floor with double vanity. 3 total full bathrooms.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There are only allowed to be no more than 10 people in the house at all times pending our Metro short term rental code guidelines.

**1111 Lillian Street is not an event space. No Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, New Year’s Eve , etc. **

No SMOKING permitted, if someone smokes, they must do away from all doors and windows in backyard.

*Well mannered pups invited pending owner approval, a $200 non refundable pet fee per dog required

Beautiful Home

We had 3 couples come into town for a concert. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in order to cook, shower, etc. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The neighborhood was nice and quiet! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and area to stay in.

What a great place to stay. Close to everything as far as shopping and eating. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. Very clean. And laid out very nicely.

Amazing space and close to everything!

We came for a cheer competition in Nashville and it was easy access to the Gaylord and Broadway! House was amazing with having all the things we needed. Plenty of towels. Amazing beds. Beautiful home! Perfect house!

Great for all ages!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect – just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to some adorable shops that we could walk to them in just a few minutes. It was so nice to be able to explore the local area on foot and discover some unique little boutiques and cafes. The place itself was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to local charm!

Beautiful home!

The property is beautiful with plenty of space for our group. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms but one is on the 1st not hooked to a bedroom. It was tastefully decorated. In a great location. We loved the place and would stay here again!

Perfect for us

There were four couples (3 couples were my kids and spouses) and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen and living area accommodated all of us comfortably. It was a short LYFT ride to downtown Broadway and pretty close to the airport. We would all definitely stay here again.

We didnt venture out a lot but it was a great location to everything you need! House was beautiful and very stocked, only thing we would recommend is more insulation in the primary bedroom it was freezing!! It was a great stay and we made great memories!

Lovely place.

Beautiful house in a great very quiet neighborhood. Close to airport and downtown. Several good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Everything we needed was supplied. The house very comfortably accommodates at least 5. A great week in Nashville!

Great Nashville stay

Absolutely loved this home. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone! It was very clean and they thought of everything from makeup towels to paper towels. The game table was fun! The home is beautiful. The area is safe. I highly recommend this to everyone!

Property was nice and big for the 8 of us. Good location. Construction to a new house next door could have been noted. The parking was hard because of the construction workers that started at 8am. Neighborhood was nice and had some cute shops. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Our group of 8 adults were amazed by this property! It was very spacious and provided all amenities that anyone may require! The beds were so comfortable and the house was clean and fresh upon arrival! Uber rides to Broadway area were reasonable in price and it was only about 5-7 mins from door front to drop off! We also enjoyed that there were restaurants/bars in walking distance. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend.
