The Space:

Green Room gets its personality the second you walk in, with neon signs along the staircase, a pinup mural in the hallway, and a faux fire display in the living room you light up with the push of a button. It is a house built for a crowd without feeling like a hotel.



The kitchen keeps everyone together instead of splitting cooks from the rest of the group, with a large island, bar seating, and gray cabinetry that opens straight into the living room. Upstairs, a small coffee bar with a mini-fridge means the first one up can get coffee going without waking the whole house.



The standout for this group is the converted garage, now a sports and game room with a shuffleboard table and a ping pong table behind a door you can open up when you want the space to flow.



Spend the day walking to Starbucks and picking up groceries at Publix, grab hot chicken from Hattie B's right across the street, then gather on the covered balcony under string lights before a ping pong tournament in the game room sends everyone off to bed.

Getting Around:

Rideshare is the easiest way to reach downtown Broadway and the stadium district from here. The garage is used as the game room, so it's not available for parking, but there is a free parking space behind the garage. Getting around East Nashville itself is only a short drive in any direction, making day trips to nearby parks and restaurants simple for families with kids in tow
