Our home is located in the heart of East Nashville. Whether driving or walking, we are mins from Downtown/SoBro, Lockeland Springs, Inglewood, Midtown and the Gulch.

We have one of the largest and flexible spaces you'll find in the area: 4 bed/4 bath plus bonus bedroom, 2 futons in upper common area, hot tub, multiple outdoor areas, washer, dryer, and 2 full kitchens.

COVID-19:
We've made changes to ensure the safety of all guests. The backyard is 100% private and ready for you to enjoy.

Great Trip

Great house and great location only real issue is backyard is shared with neighboring house. That really sucked as they were always in the hot tub. Had we known would not have rented.

East Nashville

The photos of the outside of the house certainly give the impression you are renting the whole house, with the 2and front door hidden behind a pillar. The house is actually 2 halves each with 2 "appartments" with neither having enough space for the whole group to relax in one spot. Furniture also did not match the photos. Area was hit by the tornado and a lot of businesses had been affected.

Ideal place to stay in Nashville :)

Great 48 hour trip to Nashville staying at Michael’s place. House was clean, well stocked (THANK YOU!), and beautifully decorated. Willie was awesome helping us get settled upon check-in. Six “couples” stayed in the house and it was the perfect amount of space for our party. Had planned on walking to Music Row each day but Ubering made more sense because of the busy route to access Music Row. Kroger was super close (three-five minute walk from house) and Dino’s was 200 feet from the house and perfect for late night (3am) burgers and freedom fries. Would most definitely stay at this house again. Only areas of improvement would have been plug in air fresheners may have been overkill and the inside door of the refrigerator could not be used to hold much of anything because there is nothing to hold food/drinks in place every time you opened the door. Thanks for opening up your home to our crew for a fun-filled Nashville weekend :)

Great for a Large Group

The property has a good backyard with plenty of seating. There are a lot of trees so even on a hot day it was still nice to sit outside. The hot tub was clean and fit about 6-8 people comfortably. It is a short Lyft ride to downtown or the football stadium.

Best 40th Birthday ever!!

The property manager was so nice, he met us with the keys and gave us a tour. His wife did all the decorating and it is beautiful! You could tell he was proud. It was super clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We used the hot tub every night. It was a great up and coming location and the Donut Distillery being across the road is just icing on the...donut. ;) We will be back for sure!!

The owner of this property is awesome! He was very friendly and informative!

I would stay in this location again! You are within walking distance of downtown life. There is a cute donut shop across the road. It is convenient to restaurants and bars. The owner was extremely friendly and flexible. He provided us with great information about the area. The property was super clean and the interior design of the house was beautiful! I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home close to all the action

12 couples stayed in this awesome home just minutes away from Broadway. Clean and well stocked, wonderful host, plenty of room, and a beautiful back yard with a hot tub. I’ll definitely book again and recommend others to as well!!

It was pretty good. There are NOT two queen size beds; all of the beds are full size except for the master bedroom, which was a king size. The WiFi network did not work all weekend. The house was clean and had everything needed. Willie was helpful and friendly.

Great Place & Location

We rented this duplex for a birthday celebration, and it’s not often that a group of 6 or more ladies agree on anything, but everyone was really pleased with the choice...a relief fo me, since I was responsible for selecting a vacation rental. I would suggest, though, that deadlocks be installed, as a keyed knob was our only security. Also, I prefer keyless systems so codes can be deleted after renters check out. When handing out keys you always face the possibility that someone has copied the key and could gain access. Minutes from downtown by Uber; walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Perfect Nashville getaway

Traveled to Nashville with 6 other women for a girls weekend getaway. This place was perfect for us with 5 bedrooms! Ubered to downtown as parking in Nashville is so expensive! The property was ultra clean and had everything you could ever need. It is half of a duplex with lots of room and we used the outdoor hot tub every night! Easy walk to Five Points where there is great dining and local entertainment.
