Great location and amenities!
Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park. Great coffee shop, Frothy Monkey and restaurant Lockeland Table within walking distance. The suite is plenty roomy for a couple- king bed, bathroom with double sinks, and a separate kitchenette / sitting room / closet. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in over the years.

Came back, and everything was just as good as the first time!
We had stayed at this property before and really liked how it was a simple place to just stay when you're tired so you can spend the rest of the time wandering around Nashville. Came back a year later, and it was more of the same. Clean, convenient, and affordable!

This space was perfect for my friend and I!! 5-10 minute drive to anywhere we went ! Yall the bed/bedding is WONDERFUL!! Very clean - in a safe neighborhood! There was coffee and snacks! The host was very friendly and very responsive! I can’t say enough good things about this room!! We will be back for sure (-:

We enjoyed our long weekend. We spent a lot of time eating out so didn’t miss having a full kitchen. The kuerig and small fridge were all we needed for breakfasts.

SEC getaway
This was a perfect stay! We were in town for the SEC—our team’s outcome may not have been what we had hoped—but Shelby House was a winner! The place is so cute—light and airy—neat and clean as can be! The property description was spot on—but even better in person. We were pleasantly surprised with how thoughtfully it was supplied—everything exceeded our expectations. Great hosts—great experience! We’ll hope to be back next year!

Very Clean!
Extremely satisfied with our stay! Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The coffee bar was a nice touch along with complimentary breakfast bars, smart water, and chips/Doritos for a quick snack. We felt very safe and the owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location
Our first time staying on site with the host was fantastic. Even though we shared the building, we always felt comfortable at this property. Rudy was a kind and communicative host. A storm knocked out the WiFi and he kept us updated on restoration. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the park and the East Nashville restaurants. Getting to downtown was fast and simple. Highly recommend Rudy’s place if you need a convenient and lovely spot to stay.
