Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

This property is amazing! We booked it for our annual girls’ trip and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to downtown with easy access. The spaciousness of the house allowed everyone to spread out but also have time together for meals and downtime. The house is well stocked with linens, cooking needs and toiletries and there is ample storage. Everything is very modern and well-kept. The communication with the hosts was wonderful; very detailed and prompt. This was the best property I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay with the hosts again if the opportunity arises!

This was a wonderful property for our stay. We had more than enough room. We had some wonderful goodies left for us which we totally enjoyed. We had a lot of fun and no problems. Great property.

Fantastic Townhomes

We rented 2 townhouses for 16 of us and it was fabulous experience! From the initial contact through the check out process Lauren and Jenn were amazing to deal with and so speedy to reply. The condos are gorgeous and supplied with everything needed to make our trip so relaxing and convenient. Will definitely recommend and even be back again myself :)

Gary’s Nashville trip

The property at 2126 Hayes Street was an excellent choice and we enjoyed it immensely. It comfortably fit our group and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to visit Nashville. A great location not far from lower Broadway or the Airport. There are even Some great food or drinking options just around the corner.

We were here for a family celebration of life, and we appreciated being able to host a meal afterwards for a dozen more family members. Have stayed here on many occasions and it’s the only host that truly takes care of their guests. Always easy to communicate with and the home is always very clean and stocked with snacks and drinks. Located near West End but a short Uber ride down to Broadway. Several restaurants located within a five minute walk.

Perfect Nashville Stay!

This townhome is the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Safe location, gorgeous house has everything you need. The beds and living room were extremely comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms were amazing, especially if you have a large group - all 4 bathrooms have 2 locations with mirrors and sinks to get ready. Great outdoor space as well - both a small balcony off the main floor and an amazing top floor patio with great furniture to relax outside. Extra special bonus is the 2-car garage. The owners are fabulous - extremely responsive and were really flexible with our changing plans. Oh, and the house was perfectly clean. We highly recommend and will stay here every time we come to Nashville!

This has been the best rental we have stayed in ever! The communication with the owner was flawless. Quick and clear responses! The home was spotless, and the owner had so many personal touches that made it so comfortable. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance or a short Uber trip away. Our stay was so much fun. We absolutely loved the nice big dining room table for playing cards and eating the delicious meals we prepared in the kitchen. The decor was super cool and very high-end. Lauren helped us navigate to the best restaurants nearby. She was super helpful in every way. The location was unbeatable. The girls trip ever! We will be back next year. Thank you again.

Spring Break 2024 with Family

We stayed at the property with my teenager son, my best friend, her teenage son, and her sister and brother in law. Great house! Fit all of us perfectly and plenty of space. The area was nice with lots within walking distance. We will for sure look to stay at this property or another one with these property managers. House was clean, and lots of nice welcome treats and drinks left for us. The set of bags in the garage was nice also. We had fun playing with the kids on one of the nicer days and enjoying some down time. Great stay!

Amazing home

This townhouse is excellent! I was in Nashville to celebrate my birthday with friends & family & it was all couples. We had more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. No bunk beds or twin beds here! I liked we all had our own bathrooms as well. The location is excellent. Close enough to everything without too much of the noise after hours. The hosts had snacks/drinks for us upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or group trip. Plenty of parking between the garage, driveway, & street. There is construction going on right next to the building so M-F it’ll be a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem for us.

Bachelorette Group

I cannot express enough how incredibly amazing our stay at this vacation rental was! It truly exceeded all expectations and stands out as one of the most luxurious and spacious accommodations I have ever experienced. As the host of my bachelorette trip, I wanted to ensure that all 18 girls would have ample space, and that's why we opted for two neighboring townhomes. Let me tell you, these townhomes go above and beyond any other rentals I've seen elsewhere. They are specifically designed for hosting large groups, with generous room sizes and an abundance of showers to accommodate everyone comfortably. Throughout our stay, not once did we feel cramped or crowded. The host of the property was an absolute gem, providing us with exceptional assistance and keeping the lines of communication wide open. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our experience even more memorable. Based on this outstanding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this host's properties to anyone seeking a top-notch vacation rental. You won't be disappointed!

Gorgeous!

Jen and Lauren's home was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. It was open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was chilly when we visited and we started each day by lighting the fireplace and having a cozy breakfast in the modern kitchen. One morning was warmer and we were able to enjoy the weather on the rooftop deck. The location was excellent - just a block away from the Vanderbilt campus, right near Centennial Park and within walking distance to Broadway. Communication with Jen and Lauren was excellent and they even gave us permission to park in their garage when we arrived too early for check-in. The coffee at nearby Coco Cafe was excellent and we picked up groceries at the Whole Foods and Publix. For the vegans/vegetarians, the food at Avo was delicious. There is a construction project right next door to the building (and they typically started at 7:00!) but there are lots of earplugs and white noise machines provided. We chose the bedroom furthest away from the construction and we didn't hear much noise, but it was seemed to be louder on the other side of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Nashville.

This property was the perfect place to explore Nashville from with our large group. The location made it easy to get everywhere, including Broadway, Midtown, and great local restaurants. The home itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. We loved having multiple bedrooms and gathering spaces, and the host made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville with family or friends!
