My adult daughters and I stayed for less than 48 hours. We found the place to be very clean and comfortable. Great communication with manager. The only issue was the traffic noice outside of the main bedroom window. Small price to pay for the great location. I used the sound machine that was provided the second night and it did help to drown out some street noise. Would still highly recommend.
Visited for a long weekend to attend a family wedding reception. The pictures of the unit accurately represent the property. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of parking. Note that this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Not an issue for us though. The street adjacent to the property is busy during rush hour and does make the unit noisy during those times. No issues at night though. Great place to stay. Clean and feels secure.
This is an excellent property and location with a superb manager. We were personally and warmly welcomed to the stylish and comfortable flat, and given great recommendations.
Great turn around time for responding back to messages and when I needed to have a late check out due to my flight time they worked with me , I would definitely stay again in the near future !
Very spacious apartment beautifully decorated. Bedrooms are on opposite sides allowing for privacy. Located in awesome hip neighborhood. Restaurante and shops within walking distance. Downtown a short drive away. Will definitely stay here again.
Hip, trendy and flooded with sunshine. This apartment had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend. The beds are incredible and I slept like I haven't for a very long time. Fabulous location with a short 2 block walk to great shopping and dining including Biscuit Love and 3M with the best pork chops and amazing steaks.
I highly recommend this property. It is centrally located but just far enough away from the Broadway madness to escape to a little quiet.
We loved this apartment and that it was within walking distance to music row. We loved how both Melissa and Tony were available to answer any questions. They also recommended TJ a driver to pick us up at the airport and he gave us some areas that we needed to go and see. The only downside would be the bathrooms as they needed more hooks to hang towels. Otherwise this apartment fit our needs wonderfully.
The management team for this unit was very helpful and responsive. The unit itself is very nice, well decorated and comfortable. It is a good location if you want to be in a less busy part of Nashville. It is walking distance to downtown Hillsborough and 21st Ave, is very quaint with shops and dining. Overall it was a good spot. My only negative is that the unit is on a busy intersection and during the day it is very noisy in the unit. The traffic is very loud and windows are thin. Thankfully the traffic was not bad during sleeping hours and did not affect that.
Our family of four stayed for three nights with the goal of touring Vanderbilt, shopping and attending a Titans game. The neighborhood is awesome - Biscuit Love is a block away and a must. Cute shops right down the street and easy access to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Ubers into the city and Broadway were just $10 and super easy and fast to catch. As others said, the street is busy and near the hospital so every night heard sirens and usually woke us up but not a big deal. The condo is super cool with high ceilings and a cute balcony - third floor which meant no noise from above but a walk up stairs which we welcomed after all the food and drink! The condo has no dressers which is annoying if you want to unpack - big closets but only one luggage valet so suitcases were on the floor or desk which wasn’t ideal. Lighting in the condo is also lacking - the guest bath has terrible lighting, can’t see in the shower and the master closet is also not bright. Central lighting in the main room is also minimal and no lights in the kitchen counter area…not a big deal but notable. Would definitely stay again - please consider adding a dresser to the guest closet or some shelving and a small dresser in the master closet.
