Beautifully renovated historic condo on Music Row in midtown Nashville, Spence Manor was Nashville`s first `Diamond Hotel`, that attracted celebrities from across the world in the 70s. Most notably, Spence Manor was Elvis Presley`s location of choice when recording at historic RCA studio B right across the street. Owned by legendary artist manager Dale Morris, artists like Alabama, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, and many more have all spent time in this presidential suite whether it was a layover between tour dates, or working on music together. Enjoy the Guitar shaped pool (seasonal) designed by Webb Pierce, which also has a propane grill guests are free to enjoy.

Spacious stay

This space was a great alternative to a cramped hotel. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and the rooms were perfect for our boys. We liked the modern feel and the guitar shaped pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well.

Great owner/perfect location

This was a great location for our spring break trip to Nashville with my daughter and granddaughter. Off-street covered parking was a plus. The owner was always very prompt in replying to messages, both before and during our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Property was great location for walking to music row and close enough that walking to downtown was possible (took us about 30 minutes).Managed privately and not by company so communication was great. Owner checked in with us after check in and again half way thru the stay to make sure all was going well.Property was slightly more expensive per night than others but all the cheaper properties charge for parking. This offered free parking on site which was a huge perk.

Great location. Close to pretty much everything. The condo is exactly how it looks in pictures. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

This property was fantastic. We will definitely stay in this exact unit every time we travel to Nashville so long as it’s available! I was especially pleased with the comfort of the bed. I am picky and always dread not having my own bed when we travel. This bed was a 10/10. The mattress, the pillows, the sheets were all perfect.

This was a fantastic place to stay all the way around! The unit is in the historic Spence Manor. The building’s history is so cool, and it was a lot of fun finding out about the building and walking down the same halls where a plethora of music legends had been. The property manager was very communicative and very prompt with answers to any questions. Check-in, check-out and parking were incredibly easy. The unit was fantastic. Very clean, nice furnishings, and everything was provided for a great stay! The building is in a safe part of town and in a great location to easily get to a variety of places in Nashville. I highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay.

Brought my teenage son and his girlfriend to Nashville for a concert at the Ryman. This apartment was perfect for us. The rooms are very spacious. Check in was a breeze. Parking was no problem. Location worked well for us. We walked everywhere. Host was easily accessible if needed. The building itself and elevator are a little dated but the apartment is fantastic. It was completely updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the provided shampoo/conditioner so much I’m ordering some for myself. Would absolutely recommend and would gladly stay again.
