Great Location ..Cute Cottage in Hip East Nashville

  • Great Location ....Cute Cottage in Hip East Nashville, beautiful yard and deck on the back for sipping drinks and enjoying sunsets. Two beautiful bedrooms each with their own bath. The kitchen has open concept ,new appliances wonderful counter space with open shelves. The home is incredibly decorated and furnished, minutes to downtown.

    East Nashville has a quirky vibe and a buzzing food and nightlife scene. The Five Points area is known for its street art, upbeat bars and trendy fine-dining restaurants, while nearby Fatherland Street is the place to go for offbeat shops. In leafy Shelby Park, the Greenway is a paved tree-lined path winding along the Cumberland River. Nissan Stadium fills with crowds for Titans football home games.

    You will have access to our home and all of the beautiful yard

    This home is 10 min to downtown , 15 min from the airport, 5 min to Grocery, 5 min to nightlife and food.

    You are able to use public buses, or any ride share company Lyft / Uber downtown is 3 miles away if you drive I'd still recommend using ride share in parking is very costly .
    Get a hop on Hop off trolly ticket when in town it takes you all over Nashville for very little cost .
