Nashville getaway.

Very nice facility and excellent location. Would have been nice to have a tv in the 2nd bedroom (we had to bring our own). Would recommend the facility and plan to stay there on the next visit to Nashville.

Common areas (halls) were littered and had spilled drinks/food for days. Grimy and gates were in disrepair. We did like the location and it was quiet at night. A/C worked super well. Communication with reps was top shelf. We were not pleased with the bedding.

So the apartment is nice and comfortable , but there few amenities issues , like light that didn't work in one room and some other small stuff. We asked for to fix the light and they say they will come but never did. We arrived early and the check in was much later, not any help with that. I mean, the cleaners were allready there and start working on other appartments that the guests haven't arrived , so why not help us and let us less wait? . The check in only on time of c/i. It's not so close to the center , but you can manage with Uber/ taxi.

This apartment was in deplorable condition. It was beyond dirty. Carpets stained and worn, showers moldy, sinks stained with mold and rust, bathroom floors were filthy. Refrigerator ice maker did not work. There are a huge open bag of frozen solid ice in the freezer. Who knows what touched that? Chipped paint, and generally worn. This place looked nothing like the photos advertised. We stayed one night because it was after midnight when we arrive but left as soon as we awoke in the morning. It is hard not to at least partially blame Expedia for not validating this property. It was a complete waste of a lot of money.

The location is great. Great restaurant options right in the apartment complex. Overall the apartment is very nice. It is on the first floor so we had the blinds closed the majority of the time since people can see right in. Unfortunately the showers in both bathrooms were very dirty and had a lot of mold/mildew . We did contact the management and they are resolving the issue.

Great Apartment - Walkable to Vandy Campus!

Great location that is very walkable to Vanderbilt campus. Enjoyed the entire property. The apartment was clean and well furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and modern

The apartment had plenty of space for 5 people and the furniture and apartment was extremely modern. The biggest drawback was to enter the property you are required to have a key card and the property only left us with one (should have been two but the group before us lost a key).

Great location, but that's about it.

Shower had slimy feeling and had not been cleaned for a while. We found mold in shower as well. TV Remotes did not work. You could not use blinds. Other than location, I would find some other place.

LOVED THIS PLACE

We LOVED the apartment! Great space, very clean, and well decorated! Great place to stay with kids for a couple days. Beds were not the most comfortable, but wouldn’t keep us from staying there again, or referring others there!

Nice 2 br apartment. It took a while to digest all of the rules and a couple of calls to get the parking price squared away but did get a call right back. Need to have a good cleaning service- hard to digest the extra fee Be prepared to walk a very long way.

I have been travelling back in forth to Nashville and this is the best accomodation so far. Great and spacious place. Great customer service and it could not have been smoother. Everything about my experience is first class. Very clean and very expensive looking. I had a great stay and I am definitely coming back. Thank you for a truly wonderful getaway in Nashville.
