Apartment that is being used as a short term rental. The place itself was very nice and clean, and the kitchen is a plus when you're looking for something that's close and better than a regular hotel.

This property was a very walkable distance to the Capital View area and about a 40 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very prompt with answering my emails before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need and is very spacious (has a dishwasher which is very nice). Overall good experience

This was a perfect location that allowed you quick access to everywhere you wanted to be. The apartment was great as well. No need to ever look at hotel rooms again if you are looking to be close to Broadway for a trip. Will rent again in the future. The neighborhood past it looks a little rough but there was no issues. It was perfectly safe there

1st time to Nashville

The place was very nice, updated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom good size. Bedding needs to be updated. Could tell there were old stains that just won't come out. Comfort bed. Area was alright too. I felt safer because of the gates area. Parking was a little cramped at times. Host was great at communicating. It's a 3.8/5😁

We had everything we needed. Some of the dishware was sticky but we just washed it before use. You only had hot water in the shower for about 10 min but was doable. About a mile walk to Broadway where the bars and live music is. Good amount of things to do and places to go within a few minutes. Up and coming area but we had no issues and felt safe.

Clean but floors dirty

The place was clean but you can tell that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time because I had to move the nightstand over to plug in a cord and there were several dead flys on the floor next to the bedroom window. I had to sweep but couldn't mop became there was no mop. The bathtub ledges were dusty. The bathroom had no heat and the vent would not turn off because the switch was broken. There were no filters for the coffee maker and the area rug in the living room was curled up in the corner and I tripped over it . The livingroom, bedroom, kitchen were clean, tables and stove and fridge very clean but the place needed to be swept and mopped and that area rug needs to go. I liked that there were pots and pans and dishes, knives and a dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen. A blender and toaster too so this was very convenient and I was able to cook dinner for my family and breakfast for my kids. It would be nice if there were some hooks to hang wet towels. Other than the rug being a tripping hazard and the floor needing to be swept I have no complaint. It was in the 30s while I was there so heat in the bathroom would be nice. The shower gets really hot and has great water pressure but water runs oit after like 6 minutes.

The room smelled of weed. It was not clean they make it seem like they’re a hotel but it’s apartments in the hood of Nashville. All the towels were nasty with stains. The shower head was full of mold. There was food left in the fridge from the previous person. They take a security deposit which is ridiculous. You call and have to go through a AI helper.

This was a very nice property and also a very nice unit. It was very clean and provided everything that you needed for the kitchen, which is wonderful. The check-in process was super simple and easy. I will say the area is a little questionable. However, I was traveling alone, single female. But I had no issues. I would stay here again.

Very large and nicely appointed apartment at a good price. There is no on-site check-in desk, and the check-in process is a bit unwieldy--multiple back-and-forth with uploaded docs and emails, entrance codes, etc. It all worked, but be aware that there's a process.

The condo itself was not in the best neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Great location. Only about a 5min walk to Broadway or the gulch! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Terrible customer service. Everything is handled by an automated phone system, and there seems to be only one actual customer service representative. Every time I called, it took about an hour to reach a real person. In the middle of the day, the water was shut off while I was in the shower. I was left sitting with shampoo in my hair, trying to get through to someone for 55 minutes before I finally gave up and rinsed my hair with bottled water. The water didn’t come back until hours later. I also tried calling to report that the bathroom door wouldn’t close. There was only one person ahead of me in the queue, yet after waiting 40 minutes, I gave up again. To make matters worse, the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels were all stained. It was honestly a terrible experience from start to finish. In an emergency, there is absolutely no one you can reach—neither by phone nor anywhere on the property. Completely unacceptable.
