This hotel was such a treat after two nights in a bad hotel in Kentucky. The bed was wonderful and the room was wonderful. We ended our trip in this hotel and it made it so worth it. The amenities were great and location to close to restaurants was amazing.

We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not accessible at all the three days we stayed due to maintenance. A big reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Looking at reviews it seems like that is a common complaint. Room was nice and clean but the air conditioning system was so loud every time it kicked on we were woken up. Of course May in Nashville is warm and sleeping without the AC on the room could get pretty warm. Saw two live bugs in the bathroom.

Quick check in, friendly staff. Rooms are nice and spacious. There were many Door Dash food options nearby, which was a nice perk. I was disappointed to find the hot tub was out of service, which was the reason I booked this hotel.

Good place to stay but need to change way they make beds. The comforter is short sheeted on beds and doesn't match sheet length. Obviously this to beneft housekeeping but is irritating when trying to sleep.

The room was not ready upon arrival… check in is at 3:00pm arrived at 4:00pm. First room had mold in the tub, requested to change rooms and the second room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Only complaint is HVAC didnt unit in room didnt work. Room climate was still in the range of acceptable though, so not a big deal in this instance.
