Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
*Bedroom 1 - King size bed
*Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
*Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)

The home was the most well appointed rental I have experienced in my travels. They had everything that we needed from cleaning supplies to extra linens and towels. We arrived late at night during the middle of a huge ice event in Nashville. The walkway was cleared which allowed us a safe passage into the home.

Owners were extremely helpful. Property was in great shape very close to a lot of amenities and only about a 1 mile walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely recommend staying here and next time in Nashville will look to rebook it!

After long term planning for our 40th anniversary and family trip, this house was the perfect fit for everyone. Close to the action of downtown but far enough for peace and quiet. Super location in a great location close to restaurants and bars and a quick scooter ride to Broadway. The property manager was quick to respond to anything we needed. There were 10 of us and it was plenty of room for us to spread out when needed. Would stay here again.

The PERFECT weekend!

We had 11 girls to celebrate my sister getting married and it was the perfect house to stay in. Everyone slept comfortably and it was so nice.
