There were 4 of us on a girl getaway and we enjoy walking. It was a nice walk to downtown so we didn't have to rent a car!2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect. Plenty of room and nice deck and view!
Check in was super easy. Communication with owners was fabulous. They responded quickly. They were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this location.
Beautiful view and convenient to everything Nashville offers.
Our accommodations made this business trip a little more comfortable… After taking classes all day and networking with people you have never met, it was relaxing to have such a nice place with a beautiful view to retreat too. I spent as much time as I could on the balcony in the evenings enjoying the views of the river, Nissan Stadium, and the Nashville skyline. I would/will definitely stay here again if it’s available.
Property was great and was accurately reflected in the pictures. Unit was very clean and well-equipped for the weekend. The building is close to the train tracks which caused some unwelcome noise late at night during our stay, so light sleepers may not be as comfortable.
Great condo, no complaints. It is very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Location is okay, not as walkable as we hoped. Younger groups would enjoy the walk. We used Uber often. There is a train track and trains go by often. The only drawback to them is the train horn/whistles blowing. Otherwise, the train noise is tolerable..
First off, let me say the inside of the unit was beautiful. Everything was new and modern style. Loved that. The unit looks out on the Cumberland River (see the "Trail of Tears") and is next to a beautiful old bridge. Turns out that is a working railroad track and trains go by all day and night. Also, the unit is relatively close to downtown, but also closer to the Davidson County Detention Center (Jail) and we literally were walking by one night as people were being released from jail. Also right next to a housing assistance center for people with disabilities and mental health issues (I believe). Somewhat concerning when coming back from a night in downtown Nashville. Another pet peeve we had is that check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10 am ... so 1 day 18hrs. Finally, had a problem with noisy neighbors who were fighting and partying and woke my daughter and i up at 3am ... Altogether, a beautiful unit in a less than ideal location. Management was responsive, i'll give them that.
The host was amazing and went out of his way to honor a special request. The location is great and the unit is beautiful. The unit had everything you can need especially for a larger group.

Place and host were good. Only issue was the trains. The listing did state this but I felt that it was only occasionally. On multiple evenings we had at least 4-5 trains come through between 2am and 6am.
The only recommendation would be a reminder to guests that the latch app does not automatically lock the door on the inside like a hotel door. We had a person walk in to our unit that was intoxicated and looking for their unit.
A fantastic property, ideal for those whose itinerary is mainly downtown Nashville but still situated close to other sites south of the river. The apartment, first class in all aspects, from size of rooms, amenities, cleanliness and outlook.Having stayed in downtown Nashville before, with expensive hotels and exorbitant parking charges, this was a refreshing change.Free underground parking for our 2 vehicles was an additional bonus.A short walk into Broadway, a 6 Uber taxi ride or even an electric scooter/ bike are the various options available. The outlook of the property over the river encourages relaxation away from the hustle of downtown. The proximity to the railway only added extra interest to the experience and trains were few and far between. The property far exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as a first choice for those coming to Nashville for their initial visit or for the more discerning travellers returning again.
