We were very comfortable in this 3rd floor, spacious unit. The mattresses were great, and both bathrooms nicely had waterfall showerheads. Excellent location! Two university campuses, restaurants, and shops, are nicely walkable from here. Very easy parking in a private, well-lit lot right behind the building. Exterior stairs lead up to the upper two floors. Good communication with the host. This is a pleasant place to stay!

College course
My youngest daughter had a week long fashion design class at Belmont university. This apartment was in the perfect location, and it was only a 8-10 minute drive to everywhere else we wanted to visit in Nashville. Finally the host was very helpful and we had excellent communication with him.
