Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained private guest suite located within a family home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from BNA and Opryland. This space offers excellent value for guests who want a well-equipped, private place to relax after exploring the city.

The suite includes a king-size bed, full-body massage chair, pool table, kitchenette, private patio, and separate entrance, making it a great fit for couples, solo travelers, or small groups who prioritize comfort and convenience without downtown pricing.

The Space

This private guest suite is fully closed off from the main home and accessed through its own keyless, contactless private entrance. Guests have their own dedicated space and patio, along with one reserved parking spot directly outside the entrance.

Please note: this is a private suite within a family home. While the suite itself is entirely yours, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from above. Guests who spend their days out exploring Nashville and keep typical sleep hours tend to find this a very comfortable fit.

Amazing! Clean! Space is exactly as described! Close to airport. Bed is perfect. Massage chair was a fan favorite. Host is quick to respond to any questions. Detailed instructions on items like the massage chair and sound machine. During the day you hear life with kids upstairs, which was fun for us, but we didn’t hear anything while sleeping. I was nervous about the light coming into the bedroom, but she provides sleep mask and we had no problems. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making our first trip to Tennessee outstanding!

A Nice Little Hideaway

I stayed for two nights, both of which were very comfortable. The bed reminded me of a hotel bed, a good thing in my opinion; my back liked it, too. Amenities included coffee and fixings, kitchen wares, and a variety of bathroom, shower, and kitchen soaps. The location was perfect for my needs, and it's also easy to reach.

This property is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 to Broadway. Perfect "just out of town" location. 40/round trip to Lyft, etc.The property is GORGEOUS! The luxurious king suite is a very accurate description. It was full of little details that made it seem like home and more! There were treats to eat, post cards to mail and even a word search in the bathroom. Only 20 min to the Opry and about 30 min to downtown. Great quiet location.

This property is very comfortable, clean and fun! We really enjoyed the massage chair and the pool table! The manager is very responsive— check in and out is seamless and there are so many thoughtful touches (sound machine, aromatherapy dispenser, chocolates on our pillows and little treats around the suite, etc.) we really felt relaxed and pampered here! It’s a very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for the two of us. Only a few issues. One definitely the smell and dampness feeling. Toilet runs longer than it should. And I had to manually flush a time or two. Though they mention in listing they have children upstairs. I will say, it’s not for everyone. However we had a great time and felt very safe and comfortable.
