- Spacious new house in wonderful Salemtown, just 1.5 miles from the center of downtown Nashville. 3,700 sq. feet with spacious open kitchen / dining / living area, bonus entertainment room with wet bar on the 2nd floor, 4 private bedrooms, huge bonus room on top level (with 4 king beds for extra sleeping area), front and back patios with a large fenced in back yard for your enjoyment.

This 3700 sq foot home is excellent for large groups seeking to enjoy all Nashville has to offer! Everything that you desire is within walking distance or a just short uber / scooter ride if you do not feel like exploring by foot: Salemtown, Germantown, Broadway, Downtown, The Gulch, Farmer's Market, Bridgestone, Nissan Stadium and Top Golf!
