    Great house for entertaining with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With the ability to sleep 10-12 people (1 King, 4 Queens), you can have the whole family under the same roof! The house also has a fenced-in yard with two large decks and a Hot Tub which are perfect for relaxing.

    With this rental, you will have: High Speed WiFi, cable, Netflix, open kitchen w/bar, gas grill, large dining & living rooms.... everything that you need to have a WONDERFUL time while you are in Nashville!!

    There is plenty to do while you are here - for instance, this house is less than 1/4 miles from the farmers market, the bicentennial park, the new Nashville Sounds stadium (amateur league baseball), some of the cities HOTTEST restaurants (Germantown Cafe/Silo/Monell's/City House/The Mad Platter/312 Pizza/Rolf and Daughters/etc). You are also 1.4 miles away from Broadway if you are coming into town to celebrate or catch a concert/sporting event!

Great Location!

We truly enjoyed the property while in town for Chase Matthew's debut at the Ryman. The propery location was perfect for trips down to Broadway and back. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Host was kind and very responsive. We will be back!

A group of 6 came travelling for pleasure. This is a very nice home with all of the amenities. Close enough distance to walk downtown, Uber rides to Broadway in the $15 range for XL .

Great place to stay!

We came to town for a concert. With the 3 bathrooms each couple had their own space. The location was a close uber or scooter ride away. Mat was great to talk with and made sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay with friends

Our group were first timers in Nashville here to celebrate a birthday! This house was perfect for the 9 of us. Easy walking or Ubering to Broadway. Cute, safe neighborhood. Jacuzzi was nice after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!
