At Reunion Stay our goal is to provide you with an exquisite venue that will transport you and your guests into a world of luxury, style and unforgettable surroundings.

The estate exceeds 13,000 square feet of indoor space with 13 bedrooms (5 king/6 queen/2 twin bunk), 11 full bathrooms and an extra (Event) room that can be used however you like.

The property lies on 7 acres of land, allowing for ample parking of 100 cars or more, with an additional 20+ places to park on paved areas.

We are situated about a 20 minute drive from Nashville.

Every Bedroom has been outfitted with memory-foam mattresses to ensure that you wake up each morning feeling fresh and rejuvenated after a restful night’s sleep.

2 separate kitchens contain everything you need to serve meals comfortably and a gas grill located outside.

You can jump in the large swimming pool equipped with a slide or take a dip in the relaxing hot tub.

Reunion Stay has a plethora of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Great spacious property with great amenities. Monica the house manager was very responsive. Overall a great propety but pool deck area needs a little tlc.

Our family (numbering 17-29, depending on the day.) had a wonderful time. The home, pool, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Monica was always available by text and responded promptly. When the internet was unresponsive after a power outage, a technician was at the house in less than an hour and promptly solved the problem. As a bonus, Franklin turned out to be a delightful town with a vibrant downtown area. And of course, Nashville was a stone's throw away and enjoyed by all ... Saturday night for the 20-somethings was a very big hit!

Lovely Place to Gather

This space was amazing to host our work retreat. Super close to shopping and restaurants and the highway for a quick jaunt into downtown. Plenty of space for our motley crew of 18 to have personal space and congregate together as well. The host was always available for anything.

The perfect house for a large group getaway!

This house accommodated the needs of our 20 person company retreat perfectly. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and privately, while still having ample community space to spend time together.

Great Golf Trip

We had 16 guys on a golf trip. It could not have been a better spot. There was enough room to spread out along with plenty of space to hang out. Monica is an awesome host who asked everyday what she could do better. If available, we will book again next year.

Great place for a Reunion

We had our family come into town from all over the country to find a great place to unwind inside and out. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and those hot days. The inside was full of activities rain or shine even on those extremely hot days. A great location with shops and restaurants less than a mile away to get whatever you need. So many said should go ahead and book this place again right now. It had everything we needed. .

Beautiful Retreat Space!

Fabulous place to have our couples retreat! Love all the space and the many entertaining amenities. Pool, hot tub, trampoline, we used them all! There was also every kind of appliance you could think of in the kitchen space! Thanks to Monica as well. She was so helpful.

40th Bday Bash

We had an amazing time at Reunion Stay! The house is incredible and provided plenty of space for 26 adults to all sleep comfortably! The amenities are fantastic and we loved the pool, slide and hot tub. The house also has a number of activities in the basement like billiards, ping ping, poker table darts, and air hockey that we took advantage of. Monica and her team were extremely helpful for any concerns along the way!

Family Trip

We had a large family group of 24 adults & 5 kids that stayed. A few things kept this stay from being a 5. Pros first: Home mgr. is great & responds immediately to issues. There are 4 bedrooms on the main level which is great for anyone that can't do steps. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms so everyone has privacy. The location is minutes away from a large grocery store & activities. Cons: The AC can't keep up with the summer heat. The first night the 3rd floor of the home was over 80 degrees. We arrived at 4 pm and it was after midnight before it got below 80. The 1st & 2nd floors were also too warm. We noticed that each day of our stay the temp on the 2nd & 3rd floors would increase to 77 or 78 in the afternoon no matter what each of the units (I think there are 4-5 units) were set to. Home mgr offered to have someone out to check the units & we declined. Property needs TLC - too few pool chaise lounges & the ones there were pretty beat up and had a lot of mildew. Chairs for the table in the kitchen are stained and one had very loose legs. The home was clean but you can tell it is a very busy rental and things are very used. A couple things didn't work (coffee maker and TV) but the property manager immediately replaced them. One of the reasons we booked the home was a feature that was no longer there - a slip and slide that went into the pool. We were very disappointed to see it missing when we arrived. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed it but needs some attn to match pics.

Wow!! This hats all we can say. We stayed here with a large group of friends and family and it was exceptional. It had everything g we could ever need and so much more! I actually own a short term rental so I am pretty picky, and I was blown away. As a bonus, we had our rehearsal dinner in the event room with the reception around the pool and it was just perfect. Monica, the host, was wonder and super responsive. We will, absolutely, return for a family vacation. It was just perfect!
