All of our properties are professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Adult family trip

There was plenty of room and the stay was very comfortable. The rooftop was beautiful, unfortunately it was too cold to use during our stay. Location was perfect. Would book here again for an adult trip.

Best Bachelorette Weekend!!

This home was EVERYTHING we wanted and more we didn’t know we needed!! Plenty of space, great location, comfortable beds, couches, etc., cute photo ops everywhere from the neon sign to the rooftop to the oversized bathroom mirror. We will definitely be back.

Property was perfect for us, very clean and set up great ! Rooftop was very nice. A little far to walk to Broadway when you’re dressed up but uber was easy to get every day!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need and nice location easy drive downtown. A long time friend and I took her 83 year old mother, and my 80 year old aunt for her birthday. They loved the rooftop deck and didn’t mind the stairs. Great place.

Was perfect for our family of 8 New Years celebration. Host responsive and accommodating; location perfect within walking distance to Vanderbilt and downtown venues (for the younger ones, easy Uber rides for the elders). Would definitely return.

The property was very clean, in a great location, and the communication with the host was very easy. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend if you are visiting the Nashville area this is the place to stay. Uber to downtown area was $8 and the house had all the extras to make our trip memorable.

This property checked ALL the boxes! The hosts were super attentive, helpful and always available. The house was super clean, spacious and had an amazing rooftop view! The location was perfect! Great for couples getaway

Lovely home. Rooftop patio very nice if other rooftops vacant (very close to others). Lots of stairs but fine if no mobility issues. Multiple bathrooms made it nice for several couples. Not walkable to Gulch attractions but inexpensive to ride share as not very far to there or Broadway. Decorated nicely & we were very comfortable there. .

We had a group of eight women who came to town to celebrate a milestone birthday. This property is centrally located with super easy Uber rides to most places. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for groups. The owner was very accommodating – highly recommend!

Five old friends enjoyed this property for 4 nights. The property is very nice. It can easily sleep 8 without sharing beds - more if there are couples. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful roof top patio. About a 15 minute walk to The Gulch (food and shopping) - easy 10 minute Uber to Broadway area. All the amenities you need (parking, washer/dryer etc). Note: not a negative but an FYI - there are stairs. Lacey was great at getting back to us with any questions. Our group of ladies were very comfortable in this great apartment - we highly recommend it

Very clean and well maintained property with beautiful decor. A++ for 2stall garage parking and additional on street parking. Roof top with gas grill and sink with great views. Short Lyft ride to the gulch or lower broadway. Conveniently located between most areas of interest. Would definitely book again. Property owners were very easy to communicate with.

Where do I start? This home is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could want. And the beds are comfortable! The hosts are very accessible and quick to reply to inquiries. Walkable to The Gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The rooftop patio has spectacular views. Highly recommend this home. We are coming back for sure!

This is an exceptional property. Clean, well stocked (best I’ve seen), and Lacey was great. Great location- we parked our cars and used Uber for the downtown area. And the rooftop deck is great. I have too many pics of the sunsets on my phone. My 90 yo mom even got to the top with help. Great place.

Cute neighborhood near the Gulch

Went to Nashville for a quick family trip with my sisters and our kids. Great little neighborhood close to the Gulch, plenty of space for all 11 of us! Rooftop view was so pretty, just way too cold without a fire pit to hang for more than a couple quick pics. Overall, really enjoyed our stay, the Heiers are fantastic hosts and definitely have the most WELL STOCKED! rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

Nashville Girls Trip

We loved staying in this home in the Gulch for our Nashville trip! The house was clean upon our arrival, and everything was how it appeared in the pictures. The best part about this home was the location, which was ideal for both daytime excursions and evenings out for music and drinks! Communication with Lacey was very easy, and I have no doubt that if anything had come up during our stay, it would have been addressed quickly! We had such a great trip to Nashville, and staying in this home was the icing on the cake!

Nashville Couples Retreat

The area is great! It’s safe and quiet! The homes around it are all new! The property is luxurious! For the folks that have physical restrictions, there are lots of sets of stairs. One of our members has a knee issue. It was hard on him to get to the other floors! The rooftop is a dream! The skyline view is worth the price of this property! We enjoyed a night in just because of this rooftop experience! We did have an issue that the bedding is not clean! There was makeup on the comforter and I doubt they are cleaned between guests like the sheets are. The towels smelled like they sat in the washer too long, but they were plentiful. The interior paint can use a touch up from some wear. Ubers are easy to find and that is great since there is no coffee shop near to walk to. The property does have a coffee station but is simple. For any inquiries prior to booking or at booking, the host was highly responsive and gave lots of great suggestions for restaurants but I must admit I am disappointed with the host’s communication, particularly at the end of our stay. We had a request that could not be honored and that’s ok but it was an unfair length of time that we needed to wait to get a response and that effected our ability to make a new plan. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. It was a great experience at a great property.
