"The Retreat" is a 4-bedroom Nashville house built for families and larger groups who want room to spread out and a rooftop worth staying in for. Hot tub, mini golf, a putting green, a fire pit, and a grill share the same rooftop skyline view, and the main level opens around a pool table and sectional sofa so the cook is never cut off from the group.



A separate game room adds a poker table and banquette seating for a second hangout once the pool table is taken, which is useful when you've got kids and adults wanting different corners of the house at the same time. Out back, a shared yard has a barrel sauna, giant chess, and a hammock strung against a fence painted with a Nashville mural.
