The Nash Nest! Spacious 3 story accommodation with Rooftop Deck

Clean 2,600 square feet, three bedroom (the bonus room doubles as a fourth bedroom), luxury, modern home downtown, just 18 blocks north of Broadway. 6 minute ride. It features porches, rooftop deck with lounge furniture, balconies and four full baths. Enjoy uninterrupted sunset views, a peak of the the downtown skyline and proximity to great Germantown restaurants and the Farmers Market.

The space

* 1st floor: Kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, bath, bedroom, drop zone, access to back yard, TV
* 2nd floor: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, TV in Primary
* 3rd floor: Bonus room has a lockable door, bath, wet bar, TV, access to rooftop deck with ample seating for hanging out or eating.
Trundle bed(2 twins) that functions as a couch and another couch that folds down to Futon(Full size)
* Private backyard and porch

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, rooftop and parking in the front. The house is fully furnished with towels, linens and basic toiletries. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. Guests have a washer and dryer, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker.

Interaction with guests

Guests are given a lock code and they may call if they need anything. We are happy to give suggestions and help our guests have the best experience possible while in this great city. Please feel free to text/call anytime. We are just a few minutes away. You will have privacy and the ability to enjoy your own experience with no unwanted interaction.

Nashville Trip

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Nashville! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown and all the best attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Music City!

Great house for Nashville!

Clean, well,appointed…be ready for stairs! Need a closet in the top room, or something for suitcases. Loved the rooftop patio! Kitchen was amazing. We had 8 women from ages 28 to 62..everyone loved it!

Birthday celebration

Home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone had room to sleep and relax while there. Enjoyed family time and an awesome beer tasting our sister set up. Would recommend this home to future guests.

I have been to Nashville a few times and I have stayed in rented condos before but this place was the best one. Very clean. Very organized. Check in and out was great. Great communication between owner and me. Was a great place to stay!

This place was perfect. They accommodated us last minute due to a cancellation from another property. We were very happy with the location and the house was very clean and had everything you needed! We will definitely recommend this property and will be returning ourselves!

Perfect spot for a friends weekend

The house was perfect! Very crisp and clean had everything we needed for the weekend! The only thing we would recommend is curtains in the 3rd floor bedroom. Beds were extremely comfortable too! Definitely planning on another trip back!

Fantastic house

We enjoyed staying in this house when in town for a softball tournament. Lots of space and very clean. The only recommendation would be window coverings on the windows at the floor level and 3rd floor.

Very nice property.

The property is nice and clean, well equipped. Communication with owners was easy. They allowed early check-in which was awesome for us as we landed early. If we plan another trip to Nashville, we'd definitely book again!

A sweet gem

We arrived on a monday and left on a monday.the house is a little Gem. Its cute as can be. Had everything and the room we needed. 3 minute uber ride to broadway or the stadium We will definitely keep it on our list of places to stay

Great stay!

We loved staying at Michael’s property. The house was perfect for our family (3 young kids) with plenty of space for them to explore and a nice fenced in backyard. Beds were super comfortable and the extra mattresses were perfect so the kids could sleep on the ground without bed rails. The house was also well equipped with detergent, soap, etc. Easy access to downtown and very close to the Farmer’s Market and breweries in the nearby neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Roommate reunion

Very clean and beautifully updated. Plenty of amenities. Beds were very comfortable however the couches were not. Could feel the springs when sitting on them. Neighborhood is going through gentrification-especially for women; that would have been helpful to know. Roof top deck needs a little love as well.

Pros: beds were comfortable, host was extremely responsive, the place slept more than advertised due to two twin mattresses tucked away in a closet Cons: neighborhood, a little further than we would have liked from Broadway ($23-26 Uber ride, $45 to/from airport), third floor didn’t have curtains for the sleepers in that room, microwave handle was falling off, kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. Overall, we had a great time and host was excellent at communication. Thank you!
