Downtown Mansion TWO 4BD/3BA w/ 2 HOTTUBS - Sleeps 24+

This listing and the prices shown are for BOTH houses. Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - two 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views.
Each house sleeps 12 people; therefore the property sleeps 24 total. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses. Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. Two 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.
Large backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence. Massive pergola for event ceremonies or outside dining for up to 30 seated and 65" outdoor TV. Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you upOwner of these two short term rental properties and work/live IN NASHVILLE. Good place for a family get together

This was a nice place to stay for our extended family’s Thanksgiving get together! Nice parking behind the houses and we enjoyed using the 2 hot tubs!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a great time! Rented both houses for a large group! Nice houses stocked with everything we needed. Close Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay if we visit Nashville again!

Great place for a weekend in Nashville!

Well situated and furnished location with wonderful hosts. The large backyard and hot tubs add so much to the experience. Michael was responsive throughout the whole process. Would recommend for large groups looking for a comfortable spot.

My friends and I stayed for a Bachelorette party. We had 14 of us and renting both houses was perfect in terms of space and it was easy to go between houses. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

Perfect Spot

We had a large group of friends and family for a 40th birthday celebration. The houses were beautiful and allowed us a place to relax and hang out away from Downtown but close enough to Uber to everything. Everyone in our party couldn’t say enough good things about the houses. Micheal was an amazing host, checking in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well and even shipping some items one of us left behind. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent stay. The houses were both huge, extremely clean, and up to date. We had a group of 16 for a bachelor party fit comfortably and could easily have fit many more. Beds were comfortable. House had toiletries, linens, coffee, kitchen appliances, laundry machines, grill, and more for use. The yard was huge and had yard games, hot tubs, lounge chairs, and a long table to hang at. Mike and Kristen were the best hosts - great with communication, even stocked the house with drinks for us before arrival to save us time going to the store. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were helpful with recommendations for groceries, food, etc. The house was secure with padlocks and everyone felt safe. We were easily able to get cheap Ubers/Lyfts to Broadway (10 min drive from house). Overall 10/10 would recommend and hope to return!

This was a perfect Vrbo for a fun weekend in Nashville!
