Downtown Mansion TWO 4BD/3BA w/ 2 HOTTUBS - Sleeps 24+

This listing and the prices shown are for BOTH houses. Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - two 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views.
Each house sleeps 12 people; therefore the property sleeps 24 total. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses. Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. Two 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.
Large backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence. Massive pergola for event ceremonies or outside dining for up to 30 seated and 65" outdoor TV. Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you upOwner of these two short term rental properties and work/live IN NASHVILLE. My friends and I stayed for a Bachelorette party. We had 14 of us and renting both houses was perfect in terms of space and it was easy to go between houses. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

Perfect Spot

We had a large group of friends and family for a 40th birthday celebration. The houses were beautiful and allowed us a place to relax and hang out away from Downtown but close enough to Uber to everything. Everyone in our party couldn’t say enough good things about the houses. Micheal was an amazing host, checking in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well and even shipping some items one of us left behind. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our needs

We were in Nashville for a family reunion. We wanted outdoor space to gather (and play whiffle ball!) and this property was great. Very comfortable beds and living areas. More chairs outside would be nice- not just on the patio. That is our only suggestion! We had plenty of space for everyone and to cook/prepare meals. Will stay here again!
