The hotel was very convenient with the shuttle and the bar was reasonably priced. The free breakfast bar was nice, and the pool was nice too. The hotel could use an upgrade as it's pretty old. For the price it was a great stay and I would stay again.

We love this place when we drive. Great parking nice rooms and love the shuttle offered. Have stayed quite a few times . Pool and gym are very nice and the City View to wake to ! Welcome to Nashville!

Overall the stay was good. Staff was awesome. The cons - thin walls, old worn mini fridge the paint was fading away. Tub was clean but also really worn out.

I believe the name concierge that checked me in at is Shequita. She had an extreme attitude. She got smart with me several times for absolutely no reason. I did nothing to deserve such an attitude. I was planning to stay two nights, but because of her attitude, I canceled my second night and chose a different hotel. However, the ladies at the desk who checked me out the next morning were very courteous, and were apologetic after I told them about my bad experience with their concierge the night before.

We could not check into our room until 6:00pm. Housekeeping was behind. We didn’t have time to use the pool( a shame because it looked nice) and this also caused us to miss the free shuttle to Broadway. Then we had to pay a 20 dollar uber. The shuttle only runs until 8pm on Sunday, however she quit driving st 7:15pm. Additionally, the breakfast was not very good. No cooked eggs, meat or hash browns. The front desk employees were pretty nice. Not much they can do about the problems but they didn’t offer anything. Overall the property is very clean and rooms are pretty modern . We didn’t have time to checkout the bar. It’s nice to have free parking and the location is descent.
