  • Fully Furnished Renovated House with front and rear backyard. Located in a nicest, safe, quiet dead end street with everything close by and walking distance. Flexible lease term. Utilities are extra.

    This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house has modern upgrades, gourmet kitchen, spa bathroom and a yard. Dogs are welcome with evaluation, no cats allowed.

    Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a Flat screen smart TV with Netflix etc.

    Home has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, dishes, pans, coffee maker, mixer etc.

    Location is amazing within steps away from best of East Nashville neighborhood.
