Getting Around:

-Since we are centrally located in Nashville your own transportation is optional. Ubers and Lyfts are pretty readily available. Not much is walkable though unfortunately.



Other Things to Note:

NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the house will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.



AGE RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age of 18 required for booking.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No large gatherings, parties, or events allowed.



QUIET HOURS: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.



NO FIREARMS & NO FIREWORKS: Firearms must be locked in your vehicle during your stay. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.



CHILDREN: This home is suitable for children, but parents must supervise them, especially around the stairs.



PARKING: The house comes with parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.



STREET NOISE: Being in the heart of Nashville, expect typical city noise. We recommend earplugs if you're sensitive to sound while sleeping.
