Filled with gorgeous natural light, this home is not only beautiful, but comfortable. Relax in one of 2 private outdoor spaces, or whip up a meal in the well appointed kitchen. All toiletries provided are organic and free of harmful ingredients. Located in the popular East Nashville neighborhood this brand new home is less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown - close to the action, but a quiet place to recharge.

Why cram into a tiny hotel room when you and your guests can spread out in the living room, out on the private balcony or around the large outdoor table on your private patio?

Full size, stainless steel appliances making cooking a breeze and plenty of storage space in the kitchen so you can tuck away your snacks. Both bedrooms feature large closets and ensuite bathrooms, making it easy to get ready for the night out.

We want checkout to be a breeze so all we ask is that if you have time, and are able to, you take your trash to the conveniently located community dumpster and start the dishwasher - that's it! No long list of chores or unreasonable expectations, like some properties require.

Great location. Easy driving distance to Opryland, the stadium, and the downtown attractions. The property was clean, well stocked and in a quiet gated, neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this location. We felt safe with the gate and other condos nearby. The area could have been better and the condo could have been cleaner. But overall, there were great amenities, we had everything we needed, and communication with the property manager was very smooth.

Beautiful home! Truly enjoyed our stay.

This condo was beautiful and was as advertised. The decor was lovely and it was very clean. The only reason I gave location/neighborhood a 4 was because the neighborhood is still being renovated in certain areas, but other than that it was a nice area. We were close to everything and it was a quiet and safe area.

Easy city access, but quiet

Very cute and clean stay. Super easy to get an uber and not a huge travel to everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet for the most part. Property owners are very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again if it is available whenever we come back.

Great place and central location

The home was very clean. We enjoyed the location (close to downtown and to other tourist areas). Being in a gated community made us feel very safe. Perfect for 2 couples or family with a couple of kids. Nice bathroom products. Could use a few more hangers in the closet as there is no dressers in the bedrooms. Check-in and out process was very smooth and easy.

Nice Place

Nice place in a gated community. The place is just like the pictures showed and clean. I liked how all paper products and toiletries were well furnished. Easy checkin and checkout! The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy in some places but a lot of new housing is being build all around and felt comfortable going for walks.

Hidden Gem!!

We loved our stay here! Just a delight and such an easy process..we loved that the community was super quiet! Such thoughtful amenities were provided—a beautiful bottle of Cava, coffee pods and creamer, make-up washcloths..the furnishings reflected a great style..we loved having breakfast around the round table..the accommodations were in a great location as well! We plan to come back!! So convenient to many things!!

Perfect place to relax

This VRBO was perfect for our girls' trip with a baby. The bedrooms each had a private bath. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe with only gate access to the street. The area was nice. The communication with the host was excellent and he promptly fixed an issue that we had with the travel crib. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in the condo.

Definitely recommend!

Really nice property. Very convenient, comfortable, and clean. Beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Kitchen was well stocked and even though we didn't use all, the owners make sure there is coffee, cream, sugar, laundry detergent, etc. Super close to East Nashville and the rest of the city. Neighborhood/area was quiet during the weekend but there is lots of new construction in the area. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had before renting and arriving. We had no need to be in contact while there but based on previous communication, I would assume them to be quick to respond and help.

Short visit for concert and university visit

Family and I stayed for 3 nights in this very comfortable home. It was clean and nicely appointed with everything you’d need. Neighborhood of East Nashville is eclectic and is transforming. Lots of newer homes have popped up with many more coming. This means there are a lot of newer restaurants, shopping and many other things to do within a short drive from this house. There are grocery stores within a mile of the house as well. The house is in a gated community along with 17 other attached homes. Certainly would stay here again. Highly recommended.
