Awesome stay

The owner was very helpful and communicative. The property came equipped with everything you need. The top bunk should only sleep one, as it is flimsy, but other than that, the property and stay were great.

100% recommend

Only thing better than the appartment itself is the host. Shes quick to respond and made the whole stay absolutely perfect. The place is clean, well decorated, and perfect location just far enough from the chaos but close enough to a nice strip of bars and restaurants. 100% recommend you stay here.

Long weekend

Excellent affordable apartment with a great location close to Broadway. We were able to walk when the weather was nice. Wont hesitate to rebook.

Very great place

Property was very clean accommodated and was able to support all eight people. Also helped having midtown within walking distances and downtown was a short ride away. Highly recommend this place!

Fun, Cute, great location!

I had my girls getaway at this rental and it was perfect. Definitely spacious and clean. I loved the location we had restaurants and bars close by that we could walk to. Even during the hottest week, made time to enjoy the pool, which was much needed. Overall we would go back.

Nashville Girls Weekend

4 of us stayed for four nights. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. Loved the pool and had coffee down by it each morning. Easy and inexpensive to Uber to Broadway and other Nashville neighborhoods.

Lovely accommodations and fabulous location!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is cozy, clean, and comfortable. You can walk to great food and all the entertainments of Nashville. We especially loved Adele’s for dinner! Communication with the property management was great. We highly recommend this condo for your next Nashville experience.

Music City family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (three teenagers). Love the bathroom layout which prevented the impatient knocking on doors which is our typical MO. Great to have a full kitchen and comfortable living room to hang out in.

Lovely!

We spent two nights here on our way to the Smoky Mountains. Loved the quiet neighborhood, restaurants within walking distance and Broadway was a 5 minute Uber trip away. The bedrooms are a little stuffy but we just turned the A/C down and kept our doors open and it was fine. Highly recommend!

This home is clean and is just as advertized. The only the thing I would say is that the beds squeaked but I guess that comes with metal beds. The host was absolutely amazing in communicating. She went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable.

Perfect Location!

We used the condo for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We could not have stumbled on a better location. 30 minute walk to the action of Broadway St., just steps to Music Row, and just a few blocks to West End. Seriously, no need for a car! The complex was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly equipped to recover from the evening’s shenanigans. The guitar pool and its unique story were an added bonus. I will definitely book this again.

Perfectly Decorated Historic Spot

My BFF and I stayed a night here when we came to town for a Thursday night show at Bridgestone. The building is older, but the rental has been updated to make use of the space and decorated perfectly. There was more than enough room for the two of us, and we had all that we needed for our quick trip, including a dedicated parking space. Communication from the host was A+. Easy walking distance to Midtown and Demonbreun spots, and the 1-mile walk to and from Bridgestone was safe with the exception of some construction traffic. The iconic, guitar-shaped pool is a must-visit if you stay. We had a great time posing for pictures by the pool where Dolly Parton once swam. Did she swim there really? I don't know, but I like the idea that she did! Would book again!

Sister trip

The condo space was just right for our group and was bright and airy. The separate bathroom areas worked well so we could all get ready at the same time. The beds were comfy. Loved the history of the building and the pool (unfortunately it was closed for the season). The location was convenient - plenty to explore, a variety of places to eat, bars/music - plus it was walkable (for 3 active seniors) to Broadway. The host was very responsive as well. A few suggestions/feedback - the water (shower/sink) took a long time to warm up in the AM and the sinks drained slowly. There was a nice coffee setup but no creamer to get us started the first morning before we shopped. A few boxes of tissues would also be lovely. And I know this is old school since most info is now provided digitally but it's always nice to have an information binder with instructions, maps, restaurants/things to do recommendations, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

We arrived and checked in no problems. There were minor repairs needed to the floors and other minor cosmetic things. The condo was decorated nicely and very convenient location and beds were comfortable. The pool was not able to be used our entire stay which almost ruined our trip , since it was a heat wave and we booked and chose this particular place based off of the awesome guitar pool. The owner did offer us to use the pool at another property during our stay, but that would have meant packing all of our pool stuff up and ourselves and driving , that was not at all what we wanted to do on our vacation . We were able to park the car and not drive the entire time, which was the plan. The AC wasnt working properly either, so that was not great. It was very hot, so no pool and no AC in bedroom to sleep was making us unhappy. The owners did send a box fan per our request immediately and said the untit was getting fixed the following week. They did come to try and fix it , but it unfortunately did not get fixed. We were giing to leave a few days early because of the pool and AC, but just went on with making the best of our vacation under these conditions. Overall we ended up making the best of our time, we were in Nashville , right? So, we had a lot of fun making memories together and enjoyed the location and accepted that as win. There was so much to do and see and we did have a great family vacation. Would have been 5 stars if we had the pool and AC

My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. It was a great base for our stay in Nashville.
