Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, and other large group gatherings, this remodeled historic colonial residence was originally built in the 1800s, and has been updated with modern finishes. Set within a neighborhood of up-and-coming musicians and song writers, you can easily walk to bars, grocery stores and more. Embrace the charming character of the space with its wood finishes, earth tones, touches of pastel color, and large deck with outdoor BBQ area.

Our home is over 100 years old and has the charm of an older build, including much of the original flooring. Upstairs has lower ceilings than modern homes, please be cautious when enjoying our home! Enjoy your time in Nashville!

We are licensed through the city of Nashville, STR Permit #2018065407. No risk of rental cancellations due to permit violation with our home!

Great for a girls trip!

We loved the area of East Nashville. The house had plenty of room for 8 girls and we could have fit even more if needed. The kitchen space was great and led out to a nice deck to relax on. We did have an issue with the lock dying but it was fixed within an hour of reaching out to the owner.
