Welcome to your private retreat on 1+ acres only 8 miles/10 minutes from downtown Nashville! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has been completely transformed inside and out to be the perfect vacation rental for every kind of group! Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.

A week in Nashville

Comfortable house, fantastic yard (my dogs loved it!) and easy drive to all we wanted to see and do in Nashville. Great communication with Austin also!

Great place for family trip

We stayed for a great weekend getaway as an early Christmas gift to our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for our family. The game garage was a hit with the grandkids & adults alike. The home was cozy and close to our planned activities; Zooluminations & Gaylord Opryland’s ICE events. We will definitely be back!

Great yard

Property was great, we had a college graduatation and even though it rained the house was large enough to accommodate 12 people with 8 of us staying and comfortable. We had two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in yard with plenty of room to run.

Perfect spot for family!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 and dogs. The game garage kept the teenager busy and we took advantage with a whole ping pong tournament. We were also able to play a wiffle ball game in the backyard. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood and still close to downtown. We loved our stay and would happily visit again!!

Bachelorette party

I hosted a bachelorette party, this house was perfect. It had plenty of space pet friendly, and was only 20 minutes to downtown. Nashville definitely would stay here again.

Lovely home

It was clear that these owners are VRBO hosts that put forth the extra effort to make their rental special. They had well thought out indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommended!

Amazing host

Communication with the host was amazing. We hardly spent any time inside because there were so many things in the garage and yard to keep us occupied. Close to stores yet in a quiet neighborhood.

Great for families

This was a family gathering of 10 from age 7 to grandparents. We enjoyed our stay, with a bed and table seating for everyone. There was plenty of cooking utensils for a big family dinner. The game room was fun for all ages and we enjoyed the fire pit and the deck area. An easy drive around town. We all went to the zoo and Sunday the girls went to the Mall. Thank you for sharing this great home.

In town for family visit and Packers vs Titans game

We enjoyed your property and used just about everything...porch, grill, game room, tables (big one for games, small tall one for a puzzle), back yard. Never got a chance to use the fire pit (one of the many reasons we chose this place)...it was just too warm (90s). All in all, it was a nice place and we may be back again (talking about it in a year or two). And the dog really enjoyed the free range of the big back yard(he's leashed in our yard).

Great spot for a big group!

I hosted a bachelor party in town for the weekend and this place was the perfect spot to come hang out and supplement the other things to do in the area. The game barn was a hit! Plenty of space in the house and yard. Everything was clean and up to date. Really the only suggestion is to install some sort of A/C in the game barn. Opening the garage doors and turning on the fans was okay but let bugs in. 100% would stay here again when taking a big group to Nashville!

Close to all the places and great back yard for s’mores.

It was close to all the places we were wanting to see. We stayed three nights. Had one small problem. Owner came right over. Afterwards while talking to him he gave us some recommendations for restaurants and a zip line. Four of 8 wanted to go zip lining. They had a great time. My daughter and I wish we had gone too. The game building had everything you could want. My son in law and grandkids enjoyed that. In the evenings we sat out back and had a fire and s’mores. So glad we chose this place. Felt safe.

Great place and location

This place was just as shown in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!! Normally places like this are a lot different when you arrive. The game room stuff was all in great shape, the house was wonderful, well decorated( felt like home) and clean. I think my only recommendations, which are minor, would be better quality pillows, the ice maker wasn’t putting out much ice for drinks/coolers, and the fire pit was almost full of coal remains, BUT we were still able to make a fire. I’m assuming it was due to be cleaned out after we left.. it’s only a short drive to get wherever you want to be in Nashville and your outside of the stop and go city traffic!

Family Fun

It was the perfect space for family w/end. Wish we’d had more time to just hang out there…we were on the go a lot! It was close proximity to everything we needed! Wish we’d had time to use fire pit for s’mores! Garage activity area was amazing 4 kiddos! Everyone able to spread out and plenty of open space for kids to play. Beds comfy! So impressed firewood there, ample supplies of things normally not supplied i.e. kitchen supplies (spices, storage containers, trash bags, p.towel, dishwasher/laundry tabs, & coffee! What a luxury! Have to give kudos to not only ample tp but good quality! & cute decor touches! Not only would we come back we would recommend to any1!

Wonderful stay!

Adult family of 7 get together with two dogs. Austin was wonderful to deal with. He got back to me very quickly on any concerns or questions, even honoring a special request. The dogs loved the yard! We enjoyed the roominess of the house. The bedrooms were large, each having a closet with sufficient hangers, which doesn’t happen frequently. The house was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood, so walks were enjoyable in the morning. Many times in the Nashville area a rental home is against the highway and you hear cars. Not here. So peaceful. I would highly recommend this home to any larger group visiting Nashville. We would gladly come back!

Wonderful Christmas in Nashville

The family had a wonderful time in Nashville for Christmas 2023. The location was perfect, literally close to everything. The place was just as shown and described. It has an absolutely awesome outside deck, fire pit, and yard. The gaming garage is great as well. We loved the placed and it had everything we needed for a great time. The only down sides were: 1) The grill needs replacing, its old, dirty, rusty, and the burners need replaced. It took absolutely forever to get hot enough to cook on and then the grilled items took forever to cook. 2) The backyard had dog crap in several places - please clean up after your dog. 3) {minor} the gaming garage was a bit musty and could really use a good cleaning and freshening up. This place would be excellent and a full five stars if it had a clean functioning grill and the backyard wasn't full of dog excrement.

This was my first time actually booking an VRBO, and to say I was pleased is truly an understatement! Austin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be, and even brought over new games mid-week! Like how freaking cool! - I could genuinely go on and on, this stay was top tier, from coziness, to comfort, to having a safe place for baby to sleep (heck yeah had a pack and play), to creating all the most amazing memories for my sons first family reunion! I 100% recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed.
