Honky Tonk Trip

Our stay was awesome, property was as listed in description. Super close walking distance to downtown made everything awesome. The room was updated, great honky tonk vibe and close to everything. Definitely would stay here again.

SEC tourney in Nash

This place was great for a weekend in Nashville. Clean, comfy, and walkable to downtown. Communication with the Host was great and all the little extras she provided for the visit were welcomed. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas break 2024

It was off the beaten path but still easy to get an uber or walk to some restaurants & pubs that also had great outdoor patios. Liked the covered parking area as it was easier to unload & load and walk our dog to the pet area. It was a quiet area which was nice after being in the crowds all day.

Nice place

Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Everything worked well. Nice little one bedroom. A little noisy with construction across the street and the occasional hearing people above you.

Perfect weekend accommodations

This cozy apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway with another couple. Walking distance to downtown or a short, inexpensive Uber ride. Pull out had the best mattress ever seen on a pullout - very comfortable. Very clean property with everything we needed for the weekend! We will return!

Great location

You can’t get much closer to downtown Nashville . It’s within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool . Just a note, there are no elevators. 16 steps to second floor, 32 to third floor.

So clean and cozy

We had a lovely stay! Very clean and had everything we needed. The bed/pull out couch were comfy as well. Rebecca was quick to respond and all the instructions were very clear. It is walkable from downtown, but we felt a little uneasy walking back at night as women. However, an Uber/scooter ride is an easy solution. Nashville is an amazing city! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything went well when we arrived. Plenty of parking. No trouble accessing to get in condo. Everything was clean except the balcony. Kinda disappointed there was no TV in the bedroom as husband likes to catch up on the sports before going to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Very dirty

The unit was extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles was black, floors sticky, patio can’t be used, because have lots of spiders and spider webs. Sofa bed the mattress cover was disgusting dirty with stains. Management and easy to communicate. Good location, not close enough to walk to Broadway. But you can get a uber, or drive. Not planning to stay again, because was to dirty

Great view of the river . Quiet location but also conveniently located to downtown and quick walk to broadway and the ball park. Safe easy parking and the king size bed was very comfortable . Host was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay next time I am in town!
