This adorable newly renovated cottage is located on a quaint street just .6 miles away from the downtown Franklin square. (Walking distance to Pilgrimage Fest!!) It has been completely renovated with a classic Southern cottage style and filled with decor that will make you feel right at home! Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! If interested, you can rent both units of the home for a total of four bedrooms!

Great property

Super convenient to "The Factory" and the downtown historic district of Franklin. Owners are awesome and they obviously take great pride in their properties. Very thankful we were able to stay here.

Another great stay at Garden Gate Cottage.

This was the second time we have stayed at GGC. Matt is a wonderful host, and responded quickly to any of our questions. The unit is just lovely. My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, The Factory, and the quiet street is a huge plus. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Franklin.

If the location isn't fabulous enough, let the beautifully styled and immaculate space help you select this property. We spent a friends weekend there, and were impressed with every aspect of our stay! We had the most amazing stay! We stayed here for 10 days and eloped. Matt and Kara were very responsive and accommodating to us. They treated us so well and we are so happy we got to enjoy this space. I’d been eyeing it for a while now! They are an amazing team with what they have created. Beautiful Home in Beautiful Franklin

We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.

Great Location

Cute and comfortable, nice location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!
